HF500 New Upgrade 1600KV 1700W Brushless Motor 3S-6S for 500 Align Trex RC Helicopter

Purchased two of these. One for a Hirobo Shuttle 30 and one for a Raptor 30 electric conversion. Shuttle is running 470mm blades, Raptor running 550mm. 1600kv a bit high for the 9.6 gear ratio so I find I need to run the 3/4 and full throttle end point no more than 75% to 80% or the motor will over speed the heli. Running 6s 3300 and cheapo ($26) 80 amp controller with external BEC. First 5 flights did use the built in BEC but for safety installed CC BEC. Both helis running 19A to 21A or about 430 watts. 7 to 8 min flight times. Have about 10 or 12 flights each heli which is about 1 hour run time each motor not issues so far. Motor temp not bad, maybe 90 to 100 deg F. Seems a little warm but keep in mind I'm pushing over 400 watts to this motor so is probable normal? Will purchase the other Gartt 1220 kv for a 6S Raptor 60 conversion next month or two.
