Great gift idea or incentive to get kids to want to read!
National Geographic’s books captivate kids and its great that they made books like this for school age kids to use to learn to read because it feeds their interests, they ACTUALLY learn something from the text, as well as develops their reading/comprehension skills. Parents, teachers, cant go wrong with these!

Beautiful photos and good articles for kids
Extremely well done — as one would expect from NG. Gave it as a small gift to our grand niece who is fascinated by wildcats. She loved it.

Learning new info & reading
Fabulous! Captured my 4 yr-old grandson attention with total excitement. He loves big & small cats. To my delight in no time he was recounting detailed facts of each cat featured in the book. National Geographic..opening the minds of young & old alike!

My six year old daughter loves the National Geographic books for kids. This one did not disappoint! She also loves the jokes that are found on some of the pages.

I have a 5 year old granddaughter who loves big cats. She wanted a book with realistic images and details about them. This book delivers. Very well done.
