Q: Do you have to chew them or can you just swallow?

They are a a wide as a nickel. You can swallow them, but they don’t taste bad if you chew them. I would at least break it in half if u plan on swallowing them. . They kind of taste like orange tums.

Q: Has anyone transferred from the classic fergon to this one? Looks like different forms of iron.

This chewable tablet delivers a lower amount of iron. I'm mildly low on iron and since regular tablets with higher iron dosage upset my stomach and I can't handle them. This is a good choice for supplementing your iron intake
