Booty Bands for Working Out - Pink Resistance Bands for Women

I got the email for the workouts right after I ordered, which was nice. The bands came in a nice package no damage or low quality to report. The colors are really nice.I wasn't sure they'd fit my thighs, most things don't so when they did it was a nice surprise. They can stretch w/o breaking pretty far & held up durning the test exercises. I could already feel them targeting the muscles, these babies seem to work. (Of course I'll update after a few months of use)The only thing is the light band constantly rolled (which was painful) but it works for arm exercises so it's not a total waste. The medium band rolled some but eventually did stay, I'll probably use it for arm exercises as well. The heavy & up bands were perfect for me there was no rolling or struggle w/ them.Overall I'm satisfied w/ my order & can't wait to use them in real time. So far worth the money. :)

Great product to shape the butt , enough resistance to actually make the muscles work & burn . I have been using them for three months while doing exercises to lift & shape my butt , I’m seeing a difference after these three months ( this kind of change does not happen overnight , it takes will power to go ahead & work out after coming home from work ! Sucks , but it’s true! ) My booty is defiantly looking tighter & I can’t wait to see more progress . For the price you can’t beat these bands , they don’t stink of nasty rubber or anything . It’s like having a little gym in a bag that you can take anywhere . With a proper diet & using these bands you will see a difference . Pinterest has tons of videos of workout routines using resistance bands that you can look up , so there you go , cheap & effective .

These resistance bands are great! They're a much better quality than the other brands I've owned and used in the past. Obviously the colors are super cute, but more importantly the bands are nice and thick, they stay put (over yoga pants; I haven't tried them with shorts yet), and there's no rolling, which is awesome! Ugh how I hated it when my old bands rolled - those days are over! :) I also love the drawstring mesh bag that came with the bands. The bag is very soft, again has a nice thickness to it, and is very well constructed, which I appreciate. Oh and the exercise e-book you can download for free is great too. I would 100% recommend these bands.

I ordered these bands to use for resistance exercises while I travel. For that purpose, they're great: they pack small in the included bag and I can do abs, arms, and legs all with one set. The bands seem to be high quality, repetitive stretching (approximately 3 linear feet maximum extension) over the past few weeks has not resulted in any cracks, tears, or even visible relaxation of the material. I like that the color gradation makes it easy to quickly grab the band I need even if they are inside out or bundled up. I received an email from Perfect Peach after my order was placed that included a PDF of suggested exercises and a link to a video demonstration, which I really appreciated since the bands themselves don't include this information. The one complaint I have about these bands is that if you carrying ANY fat on your thighs the bands will immediately curl and dig in, and the higher resistance bands will be painful to use (even when used over compression clothing). I wish the bands increased in width as the resistance increased, or there was a separate set with a larger diameter available for users with more ample legs. That said, I think the quality of these bands sets them apart from the other options, and I am overall very pleased with this purchase.

I did a lot of research before choosing this band and after reading all these wonderful positive comments I decided to give it a go. I am very happy that I did. I used it for a couple of days before writing this comment so I could give a review of my experience and let me say that it gave my butt a workout. I could feel it the very next day. It worked out deep muscles I hardly knew I had. If you're still undecided then I would say go for it and get this set. The colors are pretty and even the lightest band is very durable. I am not too sure when I'll graduate to the thickest band but I'm keeping hope alive. Peach Athletics band is a quality product. No regrets here.

I was honestly quite skeptical at first, given how cheap these bands were for the number of bands given. I didn't think they would be effective. However, after receiving my bands and using them for workouts, I can definitely that in purchasing these bands you'll get way more than what you pay for. First off, these bands allow you the choice to choose between a light fast-paced workout or a slow and very heavy one. Which, for me, is such a huge plus, because I'm always going back and forth with the kind of workout I want for the day. Not to mention, they give you a lifetime warranty, the option to sign up for weekly workouts and even a discount club to get better deals on their products. Lastly, the Instagram page for Perfect Peach is super kind and very motivating. I'm so happy I bought these bands. I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with Perfect Peach. <3

Started doing the Strong Curves program so I needed some resistance bands. I did a ton of comparing of resistance bands on Amazon and ended up with these because of 1) lots of people mentioned these bands were extremely thick 2) they stayed pretty well 3) the colors were cute.I definitely agree these bands are thick! I’ve seen some online that are very flimsy-like and thin in width, which is fine but I needed some stronger ones to do heavy resistance training and these do the job perfectly. I regularly use the X-Heavy and Too Heavy bands for leg workouts. If you want to challenge yourself more double band yourself! I’m impressed with the quality of these as they’re holding their shape. I’ve been using them for more than a few months now.Colors are cute and they hold form great if you’re wearing the right type of pants!! If you have slippery spandex on they will likely move around.
