Asher Guitars Electro Hawaiian ® Lap Steel Strings - Single Set

I bought these as replacements for the new Asher lap steel guitar I bought elsewhere. These come as 'original equipment' on the Asher Electro Hawaiian Junior and I wanted to have a ready replacement in case of breakage. I need not have worried. I haven't replaced them yet as the originals still sound incredible and remain in tune through many hours of learning to play the lap steel. Eventually I will have to replace them, but if it's any indication, these beauties should continue to stay in tune and sound great for many more sessions.

Nice strings

Put these lap steel strings on my Gretsch and really like the heavy gauge and great classic tone. Intonation and balance are excellent and the quality of these strings are very good and worth the price.

If you've got a lap steel then these are the strings you need. Regular guitar strings on a lap steel guitar often causes funky intonation issues that don't sound good. I use the Green pack for Hawaiian C6 and the Red pack for Open tuning. A little pricey but until I can find something better Im sticking with these.

Great Sounding and plenty long for any size Lapsteel

Great strings for my lap steel. Superb tension and sound for open D tuning and they stay in tune with only a few days use. I highly recommend these for that use. This is my second set just in case. I love these strings.

I’m a novice lap steel guitarist, but will be replacing these strings with flat wrap ‘ smooth strings. For my lap steel - I hear more string noise than desired. Will not go with these again.
