These are the best insoles I've ever used. I put them in my new Vans and the difference is noticeable. I feel support and it's helping relieve fatigue and back pain.

Perfect if you have flat feet. Easy to adjust to your shoe size. After wearing them for a couple of days I was able to feel pain relief in my arch and heel. Made from durable material. Super comfortable in my walking shoes not to thick or thin. Definitely getting a pair for all of my walking shoes.

I absolutely love these insoles for my running and nursing shoes. I have flat feet so no matter what I am wearing (hokas, vans, even barefoot) my arches and ankles get sore after standing for a while. These insoles completely change the game and you can feel the support on your arches without feeling like they’re digging in too much. I put four stars only because they do not last very long and you can feel them get thin and lose support after 2-3 months. However, they feel so good before that happens that they are worth buying again and again given the fair price. Never had any problems with slipping in the shoe, and they don’t cause any odor

These are less comfortable than other Dr. Scholl's insoles that I've tried. Namely, the heel is slightly elevated, so if you wear shoes where the heel is slightly elevated, this becomes noticeable and a little uncomfortable.

Dr Scholls "Support" excellent fit, arch support and cushioning whole foot. Dr Scholls "Work" variety offered zero ball of foot cushion in spite of claim. will buy more of these since every shoe is slightly different shape.

If you have flat feet, definitely you should buy it! It has helped me a lot with my long walks and also at the gym! Fits well, (you just need to trim it) and function great! I'll buy it again! It's very durable and good pricing! It helped with my lower back pain and my feet.

these have been such a game changer! as someone with flat feet & back problems, most shoes were causing tremendous pain while walking. adding insoles to them has made a world of difference and made all my shoes comfortable again. i bought one to try & loved them so much i purchased more for my other shoes. highly recommend

The heel part of these is VERY thick, making it feel like you’re walking in very low heels. I feel like I was pitching forward the whole time I wore them. The entire insole is also HARD. There’s no real gel or cushion to speak of.I wore them for waitressing, and three hours in to my shift I had to change to my backup work shoes that are broken down and worn out, and they felt better than these insoles. Just foot pain I could have handled until the end of the night, but I was hurting all the way up in to my lower back. My knees feel swollen, my hips are stiff, and my ankles are both. My feet feel like the bones are locked together in a weird way. Total waste of money, these inserts are going in the trash after one use.
