Doesn't work
Bought this due to the benefits of sea moss took for 2 weeks and no benefits ended up making my own which is cheaper than this bogus crap

Would never buy again
All I got from these is kidney problems. Check with your physician before starting this product. Mine stopped my use immediately. Waste of money.

Fishy taste but not terrible. I guess you should expect that. Over all good with my directive system also

Superfood
Sea moss is a bit of a superfood. Good for digestive health, cholesterol levels, controlling blood sugar. It does have a bit of a fishy smell and taste, but that is expected, I mean duh, it's sea moss, lol. But other than that, these are easy to swallow and I have no bad side affects from them.
