Laptop gets hot very fast without even doing anything.battery backup only two hours.but HP service was very super good.they sent service team to my home after checking the laptop they returned the product and i got full refund.

The laptop works fine but the stylus pen is defective, I raised an issue with customer but no acknowledgement... I required it with stylus pen. However unfortunately, this doesn't work...I raised a complaint with HP but there's no response since a month.... I would recommend to purchase from store but not online...

Easy to handle and touch is good but laptop gets heated on long duration.

I'm writing this review after using almost a month. As all said in the review that there's a heating problem, there is. But only if you use laptop for heavy updates and also depends on your usage. Not that much noticeable.About touch it's very good and very responsive/sensitive. ( Talking about finger touch)For pen touch I personally find a little bit difficulty because pen touch is not sensitive as much as finger touch but after apply a little more pressure it works wonderfully.Battery life is pretty good works for 4-5 hours.Overall it's a great laptop with this price 70K with 360 rotation and touch screen.

Some time more Heating problem occur. Good for 2 or 3 hour in simple software.. not good good for heavy software.
