Bio-35 100ct

Well, I've never had great health, and since I don't eat enough, I keep becoming nutritionally deficient. I have tried tons of supplements, and bio 35 is the only one that helps. I can absorb the vitamins, and don't just lose them, since they are designed to be bio available. This has omega 3, vitamins, and enzymes. Normally, I'd expect to need three pills. Not with this. I'm one and done. Hardly anyone can get everything right, but they did.

Bio-35 is great stuff. It gives me the vitamins and b vitamins my metabolism needs for energy for the day and I get that extra energy to get through the day I need. I can definitely tell the difference when I run out.

I have used this for about 2 months and have been very happy. Can I lift more, jump higher or see through walls? No, but I have seemed to increase the endurance on my run and I recover faster than before. Also its easy to digest without the vitamin burp or sour stomach that other vitamins can have. In looking at the ingredients, I notice a lot of other great things in this multivitamin that others don't have, Bio-35 is a well rounded supplement. One thing that was hard for me was the size of the pill, its big. But its a gel type pill so it goes down easy with a glass of water. In retrospect, I have been pleased with Bio-35 and will continue to use this a my everyday supplement.

I have taken these in the past, but my budget go a little too tight to continue so I switched to a "popular" brand. Worst thing I could have done. It does more for you than one might think

I've been mostly consistent, (3 times a day), and it seems to be working well. I am feeling better rested and have more energy the next day. Also feeling more regular which has been an issue ever since going through antibiotic I.V. therapy. If you're unsure, I'd say it's worth a try. It's working well for me.
