Works great, good price
I bought this tape to attach muslin strips to lengths of EMT conduit. If you're not interested in why, skip to the next paragraph. (I have a Flynn table-top quilting frame, which is designed to work with domestic sewing machines, and stretches the layers of a quilt on PVC rods. The rods that come with it are only 48" long, so if you want to substitute longer rods, the inventor recommends lengths of 3/4" or 1" EMT conduit, which is made of galvanized metal. You're then supposed to attach muslin leading strips (which you baste the quilt layers onto to stretch them) to the lengths of conduit with permanent double-sided tape.)This tape was excellent for my purposes. It goes on smoothly in a nice straight line, the backing tape peels off easily, and it gets an excellent grip on both the metal and the muslin. I was able to peel off the muslin and reposition it when I needed to, but the tape never pulled up from the metal conduit when I did that. It's an excellent product at a good price, and I'm happy to recommend it.

Not good tape
1. The tape did not unroll with the paper - it stayed stuck to the roll. I had to babysit the tape as I was using it.2. Once applied, you'd think pulling the paper off the tape would be easy - it wasn't. I had to come in from the side and pick at it until it came up.Overall, this is a frustrating tape to use and it took double the time to use. If you are planning to do a project and need a significant amount of tape, I would go with another brand. I ended up ordering Scotch double sided tape which has no paper to remove.

Works great on light weight items
Works really good. You get alot of tape for the price. Love the fact that its "peel off" backing...makes it easier to use. I only gave this 4 stars because I used it on the wall to hold up a cardboard with pictures on it and it would not stay up. I had to use nails on the cardboard. The pics did stay attached to the cardboard but the cardboard would not stay attached to the wall. I did put plenty of the tape on the cardboard but still wouldnt hold. This tape seems to work best on light weight items...worked great for those!

These are perfect, lay down neatly
I use these to mount watercolor art into picture mattes. These are perfect, lay down neatly, and the backing is easy to pull up with the edge of your nail. Be careful, once it is down, it's down, and if you rip it up, it will take the paper with it.10/10, would buy again.

Awesome - super stick! I love this 1/2" wide adhesive tape.
Awesome - super stick! I love this 1/2" wide adhesive tape. Super strong, stays put, keeps things together. Wider width is most useful to me for my larger projects.TIP: tear it off the roll instead of cutting. The torn edge makes it much easier to grab the liner to remove it.

Buy it
Great stuff. Just make sure both sides are cleaned out with alcohol and not just wiped off. I made that mistake and the items I stuck on just fell off after an hour despite firm pressure.Super easy to apply as well. Just unroll and affix the way you want it. then just peel off the backing to reveal the second adhesive side.I'm trying it with some pant cuffs. Hoping they'll hold for several washings. This double sided tape is very good for smooth non-porous surfaces.

double faced tape
Thicker then I hoped for for card making. It likes to wrinkle because of it’s thickness. Buy 1/8 instead for card making.
