Satisfied, Repeat Customer of this Item
I've had 4 pairs of these type of sunglasses - 2 Cocoons and 2 Vistana. I prefer the Vistana although the Cocoons were great too. I lost one pair and changed prescription glasses which made the 2nd pair obsolete for me. Switched to Vistana and wore them out - they lasted 5 years with me dropping them, etc. - very satisfied with the durability. The style is the best in this type of sunglasses. Only caution is that this particular lens color does allow a bit of the prescription glasses to be seen through the tint - the darkest tint does not show the glasses underneath. Anyway - highly recommended by me.

They work but are unfashionable on the face...
These are just so-so... I can say that I will only wear them in my car because otherwise they're unflattering and I'd be embarrassed in public. They do fit over my glasses but the style is very clunky.

Best "Wear Over Shades"
I have three pairs of wear-over Vistanas and I used them all until my wife co-opted a pair. I will start with a buggaboo first; sizing. Why would you market sunglasses with sizing that includes "medium-small"? Why not just small, medium and large? This conundrum led me to buying a pair that was larger than I wanted. But, I noticed that over-sized sunglasses are rather in the vogue, so I kept them.I like the wrap-around feature of the Vistana, which has not proven to have any distortion in the lens. I have found that I prefer the "copper" tint because it has the unique feature of filtering brightness without sacrificing definition. While driving home recently through winding, forrest roads without street lighting I wore the Vistanas to lessen the effects of the oncoming headlights. I found that the white lines were defined while the glare from the headlights were reduced. The gray lenses are not as effective in situations where brightness needs to be subdued while definition needs to be maintained. Some manufacturers of competitive product advertise their sunglasses as "high-definition", when in truth they just use a "copper" or "bronze" tint on their lenses.Visitan has the best solution for wear-over sunglasses, and I think it beats prescription sunglass wearing because no one has resolved the need to have the eye completely covered to prevent UV penetration like the wrap-around provides with Vistana.

Love 'em
Bought my first pair at the optometrist and was surpised at how stylish and protectice they are. They fit nicely over my frames and eliminate the need for a separate pair of prescription sunglasses. In addition, they are polarized nad give a crisp protected view in sunny conditions. They are designed to protect your eyes from light infiltration from above and on the sides. Although I don't have any other eye conditions except being near-sighted, these would be ideal for those with cataracts or glaucoma where one has to be careful about sun exposure.

Peels
Had it a few months and the paint is peeling off. Not sure why but I was expecting it not to peel this soon

Worth the price
These gray-lens glasses are a vast improvement over clip-on sunglasses I've used in the past. Not only do they fit over my prescription glasses perfectly, but the bar-free wraparound lenses give a full view on all sides, and keep out glare. They do not slip down my nose, or otherwise grip the sides of my head in an uncomfortable way. I love being able to see true colors as I drive. The glasses come in a soft smooth sleeve, making transporting them easy, and seem very well made.

Pricey but should last and do the job.
We walk a lot in 6200' altitude, very strong sun both summer and winter. I love these, colors appear natural, they fit well over my thick lensed glasses. I hope they will outlast the $20 ones at the drugstore. I got the mica color frame with a copper lens color. My sister in law noticed and complimented them right away!Update: Took them on our trip to Switzerland, and lost them, alas.

Look for size measurements under another color
It was a struggle figuring out what size to order and which color lenses to choose. I got mica with copper because the colors combined well. My choice would have been better informed had Amazon included the info from the guide that comes with the glasses. The info is available but scattered so look under other colors to find the Rx frame measurements. The guide had the measurements in mm and inches, which is even better. I do like the glasses and recommend them, but regret not following all the advice of the fisherman under the small mica model. He liked the copper lens and recommended the small frame. My glasses were at the upper limit for small which allowed no margin for error so I got medium. My guess is small would have looked better because my Rx frames are very visible underneath the medium. The copper lens is good for depth so thanks to the fisher guy.
