It's a good one.
This is my second purchase of this brand over three years. Just shut up and buy it, it's a good one.

This is not an upgrade
This battery is not an upgrade to the OEM battery. It is just as "bad" as the OEM battery was, so don't expect better performance, just expect it to be a replacement.

The battery life was not any better than what I removed. Was this battery in long term inventory?
I should have returned the battery as it didn't last any longer than the battery that I removed. This is the second time (the other battery I purchased was a different brand) I got a battery for my old G5 cell phone and it wasn't any better than what I removed. I should have gotten a resistor and used it with an ohm meter and put a load on it to see if it was any good when I first took it out of the package but I have grass to cut, a house to paint and kids to look after. Was the battery just old inventory, since there isn't a date on these things how would a person know? Didn't work out for me.

cheap generic that got the job done for nine months, not too terrible
I bought this about nine months ago. It worked fairly well until now. Just today I noticed that it had swollen somewhat. I took it out to inspect it. When I reinserted it, it wouldn't work at all anymore. I still have OEM batteries for this phone that swelled far more than this one did and yet still work well enough to at least turn the phone on (though their swelling bends the screen alarmingly)... oh well. I guess I got my ten bucks' worth out of this thing. Maybe I'll roll the dice on a different brand this time, I dunno. Or maybe I'll even buy another one exactly like the one that just failed, since it did work for nine months...(In addition to the swelling and failure, I do have a vague sense that battery capacity had been dwindling a bit lately, but I didn't bother to seriously measure or track it since that doesn't happen to be a major issue given my phone usage pattern, so I can't say much about it or even verify that it happened.)
