Update 2/23/2023 (original review 4/25/2018)I have attached 3 pictures of the grill pan. The reason for doing this is so you can see after about 5 years of use how good the pan looks. I have to admit we are careful with this pan but as you can see it is really made to last. The first picture is the bottom of the pad (probably shows the most wear), the second is the cooking surface of the entire pan and the third picture is a closeup so you can see some of the wear on the cooking surface.Original review (unchanged)This pan works great and looks good too! Use it on our induction range (2 burners bridged together). We use this just like a grill. The flat bottom on this pan is ideal for induction and the smooth finish protects the cooktop of the range.

Well made, just the right size to fit on 2 burners. We really love it!

Love le creuset. Works perfectly, distributes heat evenly but not fun to clean if it get too hot with proteins.

The color is beautiful! After ordering it I thought it was going to be delivered too late. The sellers were awesome and shipped it out right away and I got it the next day 😊😊😊

Do not waste your time with an aluminum grill. This takes a bit to heat up but gives an excellent sear with good grill marks. The oyster color is beautiful in real life. Easy to clean, too.

Awesome but hard to clean.

Beautiful piece of cookware, can even leave on top of stove so pretty....unless you have used it. I have tried everything to get it clean and all I have done was chicken thighs and steaks. Used twice and don't want a dirty pan sitting out.

So far, this is a great quality grill. Happy to have it.

Es muy pesada, que para mí eso denota que tiene calidad, distribuye muy bien el calor si tienes una placa de inducción flex.

Las dimensiones citadas en la descripcion del producto no corresponde con las dimensiones reales y mucho menos es el adecuado para un doble quemador. Por cierto devolvi el producto 15 de enero pasado, el 21 lo recibieron y es fecha que no actualizan el estatus de la devolución y mucho menos tengo fecha para el reembolso.Todo mal con ustedes.

Possiedo da un po' sia la versione grand, sia la misura più piccola. Sulla mia cucina economica a 5 fuochi la versione maggiorata mi copre perfettamente i due fuochi medi. Questa configurazione mi da la possibilità, a dir il vero usata di rado, di cuocere a due diverse velocità, un plus che può tornare utile.Ci ho cucinato carne, pesce e verdure, con risultati più che buoni od addirittura superlativi con quest'ultime. Una volta capito come gestire la corretta temperatura della ghisa non vi si attaccherá nulla.L'unico neo secondo me è il prezzo non indifferente, ma considerando quanta ghisa c'è e il piacevole rivestimento in smalto forse si può chiudere un occhio.La quinta stella va per il design. In definitiva posso dire che costa molto ma non vi deluderá.

Me decidí por la garantía de la marca. Es una buena compra, alcanza el calor necesario para cocinar en poco tiempo y con una potencia media de la vitro. No se pega y el sabor de los alimentos cocinados es mejor que en la sartén. Apenas necesita añadir aceite. He seguido las instrucciones que trae.

La usiamo quando abbiamo ospiti e cuociamo carne (tipo per tagliata) per 6-8 persone in una sola volta: i risultati sono sempre ottimi! Occupa contemporaneamente due fornelli del mio gas a metano, si scalda in 5-10 minuti e, una volta raffreddata, si lava con semplicità.
