Good heat and Price! Very Sticky!
I thought I would try these as an alternative to the ThermaCare heat wraps. The heat these give off is great. I also like the fact that you can split the wrap in half and be able to use it twice. However, the adhesive is really sticky. I actually took off strips of my skin OUCH! I will probably continue to use the strips but will alter how much of the sticky part actually touches my skin.

Wait time to heat up is crazy
Takes a while to heat up. It would be better if you didn’t have to wait 20-30 min for heat up.

These didn't get very hot
I used one which only got warm, not hot. After two hours it wouldn't heat up at all. I am going to try another brand. I don't recommend these.

Good heat
Like any air activated heat pack it will take 20-30 min to get to max temp. But the temp is pretty warm and it lasts hours. It covers a good size area too
