Works flawlessly.
This works surprisingly well. You will be surprised by how much better the PS3 experience is when played through a more sturdy and well constructed controller. Now of course it can feel odd, especially when playing legacy Playstation titles like Metal Gear (in which case you might *need* the original PS3 pad anyways in order to get the pressure reading of the fire button in MGS3). But if you are open minded and enjoy multi platform titles, I would strongly recommend this product. I purchased it for GTAIV and the whole games feels better that way - especially the driving sections.I did not use the turbo switches too much therefore I cannot extensively comment on them. I did however use this function for the electric chair resistance / galloping sequence in Peace Walker and it work fine.

Turbo CROSS BATTLE XBOX 360 Controller Adapter For PS3
Turbo CROSS BATTLE XBOX 360 Controller Adapter For PS3 works fine with Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller for Windows . Works just like a PS3 controller.

Completely non-functional, device differed from description on packaging as well.
There's little to add when the device does literally nothing. The device's instructions are simple:1. Plug Device in PS3 USB port2. Plug Wired 360 Controller into Device3. After device's LED indicator lights up, it's ready for use. What happened:1. Plug in Device (get unknown USB device message on TV screen)2. Plug in Wired 360 Controller (controller home button flickers briefly and goes out)3. NothingTo add... despite the device instructions mentioning "LED indicator", the device has no obvious LED on it... making me wonder if it's a knock-off or subsequent/prior version of the device.Troubleshooting-wise, I tried two different wired 360 controllers I have. I tried unplugging every other device from the PS3 USB ports in case limited power was a concern. I tried it after a system restart.Nothing.Since the shipping on this took a month to begin with, the idea of shipping it back and forth and killing another two months on returns isn't appealing. Buyer beware I guess...

A bit rickety but works fine
I purchased this adapter because I find the xbox controller much more comfortable to use then the playstation one. I adapter itself isn't the most stylish or sturdy thing I have ever seen and it has an annoyingly bright red light, but otherwise it works fine.

Wow
Me and my brother had been looking for an alternative to the PS3 controller for a long time, as we prefer the placement of the analog sticks on the 360 controller. Our first attempt was to try the Baterang Controller, which was a terrible decision, as it had a very noticeable delay. When we found out about these adapters for the 360 controller, we promptly bought one. It arrived on time and in great condition. I was a bit worried when I saw the packaging. It was a cheap looking package that tried to resemble the official Microsoft packaging. My first reaction to seeing this was that it would be a very cheaply made product that would not function properly. Thankfully upon using it I realized that I was wrong. The response time on button pushes has no noticeable difference (if at all). The movements are very fluid. Now I just hope that this little guy lasts for at least a year. To anyone who is skeptical about this product, I highly recommend that you give it a try.

the ads lags and that is horrible when you are sniping
I bought this product to use my wired xbox 360 controller on ps3 slim. it works, but the L2 trigger (or whatever it's called on xbox) on the xbox controller lags at times which means that if i am aiming down sights in shooters, the ads lags and that is horrible when you are sniping.I bought a different brand new wired xbox controller thinking that the controller might be defective, but it still lags.i bought this product again and i have used it with both controllers and it still lags.it's a rare lag but for competitive gaming it is unaccaptable. if you are a casual gamer, buy it, but if you want to buy this, you are most likely not a casual gamer so I suggest you don't buy.

Functionality or longevity
Well it 'worked' and it worked nearly perfectly. The reason I say worked because it literally just died on me... It should be a known that any gaming accessory NOT produced by some major company using high quality parts, built to last is bound to die out eventually it's just a matter of when and this thing lasted me since Jan of this year so thats pretty good in my book. I got this when my only PS3 controller broke so if you're getting it for a similar reason just make sure you're ready if/when this thing dies. All in all. really good/functional product while it lasts.
