THIS IS A VERY NICE UMBRELLA BUT IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET FOLDED BACK UP BECAUSE OF THE STRONG SPRING.

I have not had the opportunity to use it but it appears to be strong enough for rainy windy days. Simple to open and close. Great value especially since the price was reduced.

What's WINDPROOF about it? Also it doesn't AUTOMATICALLY close, must be pushed down. Then is fussy to get back in the sleeve they provide. It does seem sturdy above average, but is not windproof or automatic.
