Womens 50s Vintage Skirt Knee Length High Waist Pleated Midi Bow Skirts

For the price, this is an amazing skirt! The quality is top notch. It looks exactly as pictured and drapes beautifully! I read the reviews and sizing to make a decision on what size to order. For reference, I am 5'6" and wear an 8 in pants/skirts. I ordered a large in this skirt and it fit just fine. It was slightly loose at the waist but if I had sized down to a medium I think it would have been too tight. It is extremely comfortable to look so nice. This color is perfect for holiday parties! I got so many compliments! I cannot say enough good things about this skirt!

This skirt is so lovely and an excellent buy for the money! Very nicely made, didn't notice any stray thread or poor craftsmanship. It is also lined, which is great. The fabric is not particularly stretchy, so keep that in mind when ordering. I am 5'2", and found that the fabric hit right at my knees. The color isn't too far off from what you see, but does lean a bit more coral than bubblegum pink. Very saturated and pretty, and the bow is such a nice finish! I dress very retro-esque, and this fits into my wardrobe perfectly. Planning on getting another color soon!

This skirt is very nice for the price. They style is very cute with the bow detail. I found that it did fit a tad on the small side. I'm always a size 0 in this style skirt(25 inch waist 113lbs), but I ordered both the 0/2 and the 4/6 and although both fit I found the fit of the 4/6 to be better. The length was good, I wish it were a little longer. It hit just under my knees and I'm 5ft tall. I prefer the modest MIDI length so this is the shortest I will go. The 4/6 was just about 24 inches long. The fabric is thick enough that a slip is not needed and you can tuck in shirts nicely. As far as the color I ordered the brown and the green. The brown was a really nice orange/ brown... Like a caramel or light cognac color. The emerald was brighter than the picture but still a great fall color. I would probably have given it a 5 star review if it was about an inch or 2 longer and had pockets! Overall I would recommend this skirt!November 2018 I bought the pink color in a 2/4. ( I lost weight due to illness ...waist 24in 102lbs) . The pink color is a beautiful pink/ mauve and I love that it is a tad longer than the other colors. It comes about an inch or 2 longer than the other colors so I’m guessing it’s about 25.5/ 26 inches long. What I don’t love is that they put elastic in the back that is supposed to stretch out and look like the normal taylored and fitted top when worn. However, If you have a small waist like I do it bunches up and looks kind of sloppy in my opinion. I love the color so I’m going to keep it. I just wish they didn’t add the elastic.

This skirt is an excellent deal. The bow is adorable and the flow of the material is perfect — I love that the pleats hold their form. In terms of size, it fits comfortably but I actually could have bought one size smaller. After reading reviews that said the skirt ran small, I purchased an 8/10 but I definitely wish I got the 6/8. The elastic is sufficient in my opinion to just got with your normal size. Overall, this skirt makes me feel great and I love styling it in many different ways for the season. I get compliments every time I wear it!

I’m giving 3 stars because overall it is a cute dress.I’m 5 ft 6”, 119lb. At first, reading the reviews, I got size 6/8 and it ended up being too large for me. Then, I ordered size 2/4 and it fits like a glove, but the color and fabric are different. I’m so disappointed, I’m returning it. The size 6/8 has a light shade of brown (more camel) and the fabric is sturdy. The size 2/4 looks and feels so cheap and the color is a brown reddish.

Very pleased with this skirt! 5’5”, 145, ordered large and it fits perfectly in the waist. Comes to the lowest point of my kneecap. Has a lining that is gathered (which gives the skirt it’s slight billowed effect) and comes to about mid-thigh. The fabric of the skirt is a nice, matte, suit material that’s typical of most business skirts. Has elastic in the back and overall this skirt is very comfortable while also being very stylish. The pictures are straight out of the bag so I wouldn’t expect that this will wrinkle much at all.

So the unfortunate part about this skirt is that the waist is very small so even though I sizing correctly the waist is still too small from my waist so I still haven’t been able to wear it but it is my lose weight to wear skirt on I love it it’s beautiful and the fabric is very of quality it’s worth a buy but just make sure you buy bigger because that waist is very tiny

I love wearing skirts, but I hate short ones. I needed something conservative for work, and I prefer to buy something that can be paired with a variety of things. This skirt is perfect in that sense.The waistband sometimes crinkles if I sit down, and the fabric is a little cheap and shiny. The main complaint I have with this skirt, though, is the weak zipper in the back. With no clasp at the top, I do worry that someday it will give out, and I'll be forced to either reinforce it myself or to buy a new skirt.However, this skirt is really comfortable and cute. I get compliments on it at work, and it does pair well with casual and formal clothes. The length is perfect for me, and the shape is perfectly puffy without needing a pannier or anything. Plus, it has pockets!
