Decent quality embroidery hoops suitable for cross stitch etc. Nice bright colours and light-weight for holding. They keep tension well and are easy to tighten when needed. Good choice of sizes.

Colours didn't match the pattern,not enough threads,having to return it,was looking forward to do it,dissatisfied is all I can say.

The LAMXD 3Pcs Round Bamboo Embroidery Hoop Circle Cross Stitch Hoop Ring set is a great value for anyone into embroidery. The set comes with three different sizes which is perfect for various projects. The bamboo material is sturdy and easy to work with. The included gold eye embroidery needles are also a nice addition to the set. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that the hoops are not as smooth as I would like, which can cause some snagging with the embroidery thread. Overall, it's a good set for the price.

This set of 6 embroidery hoops arrive in a clear plastic bag, secured together by a cable tie. As well as the hoops is a pack of needles.The hoops themselves are bright and colourful, and being plastic, are easy to wipe clean.The outer ring is tightened onto the inner frame by a single thumbscrew. The inner frame has a recess all around its outside. When the outer ring is tightened, a ridge on its inner face is forced into this recess, trapping and securing the fabric between the two hoops.The pack of needles is a set of 16 Gold-eye Milliners 3-9 needles made by Regal. Whilst the quality might not be the best, it’s always handy to have some spare needles.So far so good, but there are a few negatives.Firstly if you leave your fabric for too long secured in the hoop, it will end up leaving a difficult to remove indent on the fabric.The finish of the hoops is not very good, and there were multiple burrs on each hoop that had the potential to snag threads. I’d therefore highly recommend dismantling every hoop and shaving these off before using the hoops.The inner hoops are not perfect circles, with some of the hoops being 8 millimetres wider than they are tall. Whilst this might bother some, it will be frustrating to others.In conclusion, this is a basic quality set of hoops, that are probably best suited to beginners just starting out. Whilst they do have faults, they are perfectly adequate for that kind of purpose. But beyond that, you are probably going to want to look for better quality hoops to use.~ Amazon asked me to review this product and to give my honest opinion about it. These do the job just fine of holding the fabric in place but they just look more plasticky than expected. I don’t know if I’d hang them around the house because of that but that is just my preference. They are quite a few in different sizes so it is a good value for money as they would fit for all sorts of projects
