Got this from Amazon warehouse. Slight damage on the outside box as described but otherwise brand new product inside. Excellent value. Easy to use. Is pretty heavy but it is on wheels making it easy to move on hard floors, carpets you may have to lift. In a confined space it will produce a bit of heat and make the room warm. It’s not too noisy, haven’t run it in the bedroom overnight but have had it running whilst watching tv and it’s not too bad. The night mode, however, is considerable quieter. The performance is excellent. Was caught in a downpour: jeans, trainers, jumpers soaked through. Maybe 7pm. Popped everything in the bathroom and put this on continuous and was all bone dry by the next morning. You will honestly be surprised at the amount of moisture this removes!

I bought this unit after a recent flood in my garage and workshop. The water level reached 70cm high. The unit works very well, and is very quiet on full speed. The collection tank is smaller than I had realised, with no indentations or handle to pull on and needs both hands to slide it out - not as easy as others we’ve used. However, the tank is full after 10 hours, so I’m happy with what it’s doing. The HEPA filter looks good quality.Overall a great unit, just let down by the tank design.

Quite silent compared to my previous one. Pretty powerful, easy to move around, big storage tank. I would definitely recommend it.

It cost appox 7 p p/h to run the machine.In laundry mode-clothes are dry in 8 hr.It is noisy when on a laundry mode and generally ,but it is relevant that it needs to suck lots of water from air.There is a handel to move it around as heavy, would be nice to have a separate hook for the cord.Highly recommended.

Pity Amazon didn't have the Alexa powed devices but a FANTASTIC (if not manual) device none the less, laundry mode is especially good!
