Finally have pretty cookies!
Non melting powdered sugar makes all my baked goods look good even hours after it’s sprinkled on. I also use less powdered sugar with this product

Definitely resistant to absorption on confections
I use powdered sugar only rarely, and one of the big uses is my Dresdner Christstollen. The first year I made those (they require aging for two weeks), when I unwrapped one, the powdered sugar has vanished entirely. I tried a "non-melting" sugar from King Arthur Flour, which worked, but boy! do they charge a lot for it (plus shipping)! This stuff is like half the price, and works every bit as well. Not, it is not 100% immune to disappearing on a pastry or confection, but this year's Christstollen held at least 80% of the "dusting" even after the two-week aging period. I will definitely use it again and again.

Great for Baking
This is the answer for not having your powdered sugar dissolve on the cookie, pastry or doughnut. Tastes just like powdered sugar.

Sugar contained bugs and it’s not returnable
I was so excited and tried to return when I noticed ants were in the bag, I don’t want to imagine what else could be in the sugar

Does what it says
Used this for my cookies and was very pleased as the sugar did not come off. Usually I had to re-sugar because of the melting.
