Great Tasting Banana Flavored Morning Meal Replacement as a Cold Cereal or Shake
The website doesn't give any details as to how to prepare but essentially an adult serving size is 50g (30g for children 4-6) (40g for children 7-9) and the entire box is 500g. That said, I did not know what 50g is equivalent to as this comes a single foil wrapped package that unfortunately is not resealable by itself so when opening, you should only cut a small corner to pour out and easily reseal with a clip afterwards. So back to the 50g serving size, I decided to use my food scale to measure out and it turned out to be about 1/2 cup of dry powder per serving and will just measure that amount moving forward instead of the food scale as I had initially done. The instructions say you can mix with either water or milk with 125ml (1/2 cup) as a meal or 150-200ml as a shake. I had tried both methods using almond milk which also mixed well with it. The 125ml volume gives a porridge like consistency and has a texture similar to grits or farina while the 200ml does give it a more shake like consistency but still retains the grits/farina texture but to a lesser watered-down extent. I prefer the shake preparation and would rather drink than eating with a spoon and afterwards would just add a bit more almond milk to rinse the grains that settled and swallow the rest. The banana taste is pretty decent and not overpowering and overall, it's not too sweet but also does remind me of instant oatmeal but cold since instead of hot. That said, I think the product is good overall with all the nutrients and minerals that it provides. It's comparable to having oatmeal, grits, or farina as breakfast and similarly those can be made more shake like consistency as well by adding more liquid if that's your preference.

It’s okay
Overall, I was not a big fan, but I won’t discredit it for what it is.It’s an easy to make breakfast shake when you need something easy. It’s packed with goods vitamins and nutrients. The banana flavor is good. It’s not too overpowering or underwhelming.I personally can’t get over the texture. It’s very grainy.

Milk chai seeds and banana plus this
Powerhouse breakfast really, used half cup of the milk just to add to make it kind of oatmeal, popped it into microwave for 20 seconds, topped of with my chai seeds and banana, mixed it, yummy. It was very filling and pretty flavorful. Glorious way to have quick breakfast on busy weekday. I don’t do shakes but love adding seeds and fruits and this banana flavor is pretty decent. It’s really another option for quick yet nutritious breakfast on the go.

Probably best added to shakes
I was excited to see something banana-flavored. It's one of my favorite flavors, but I rarely see it.I would say the taste of this was a mix of banana and wheat, and it had a grainy texture. I used 100g with 1.5 cups of water. I think that was a bit thin for me as a shake. Overall it was okay, like a bowl of oatmeal almost. However, I think it would be good to mix in with a shake rather than mixing it with plain water, if you wanted to add all the vitamins and such to your shake. For a sort of health supplement, it's not bad, and pretty easy to take, just perhaps a bit bland by itself and would probably go best with other, stronger flavors mixed in.

Good shake
Good shake that does what it needs to. I don’t like the texture but the flavor is better than expected compared to the ones I’ve had before.

Tasty and filling
I was initially a little wary of this because the powder smells a lot like peanuts to me. No peanuts in the ingredients, so I tried a bit of it with milk. It was promising, so I tried a proper mix, 50g with 150ml of milk. Very tasty! The routine I ended up with was 50g of powder, 200-250ml of milk, a banana, frozen blueberries, a scoop of manuka honey and a bit of brown sugar, which makes a delicious and refreshingly cold shake. Very satisfying!
