I thought this was a pretty good product. Install was pretty straight forward. I liked how much larger the space is for the phone. The factory one was really tight and I don’t even have a very large iPhone. I was happy to see the included tools and was very surprised to see that it had its own 5 Amp fuse. I enjoyed that it had more of a lip on the outside so that your elbow didn’t slide into the pocket like the factory one did. I think the plug and play wiring to this would make it so that anybody who’s turned a wrench before would be more than capable to install this. Fast shipping, when I had a question they were quick to respond.

Disappointed in the build quality, stopping working in less than 24 hours. Gets very hot when it does work. Sticks up very high in the center console making the armrest awkward. Definitely not a fast charging device, barely had enough to keep the phone at the same battery level when using Bluetooth.

For years I have been upset by having a wireless charging station in my truck that never worked on iPhone , and when I saw this option I thought I had to try it out . Wow this is everything that the factory wireless charging station should be !!!!!! I absolutely love it and it was literally a 15 minute install , it was a breeze .I strongly recommend you get this and never look back ‼️‼️‼️‼️Hey GM take notes ‼️‼️

Install is easy and appearance and fit is great! I wish it sat lower in the console lid though. It’d be nice if the inside where the phone sat didn’t feel like cheap plastic. Doesn’t function with CUE of course, didn’t expect it to. If using CarPlay, it will show the phone is charging, so that’s nice.

This part is exactly as described and the instructions are exactly as described.The Charger works better than expected and the blue breathing charge indicator looks great at night.I highly recommend using this Charger tray compared to the OEM parts that will cost you more and perform the same way, with the OEM version you will have to buy the wireless charging part and most likely have to also replace the charging holder because most newer phones won’t fit in the cradle due to a hump in the tray that will prevent your phones from laying flat. So bottom line this is an awesome product and I highly recommend it since it has proven to work as described for me.

You have to disconnect the charging unit and plug this into the back cigarette plug. The only indication that you are charging is the blue light on the charging tray.The CUE System does not tell you are are charging a phone once this system is connected. If only there was a way you can tap into this system, the OEM charging system has 3 wires black, purple, and yellow. If only I looked into this more.The other issue I have with it, is my elbow hits the charging tray since it sticks up from the arm rest at about 7mm in height, if only the charging system was flush.Then again.. the price isn't bad.

Had to send back, it overheated my iphone 14
