Everything I Wanted
First of all, my known injuries are a severe sprain and a dislocating patella. I’ve not had an MRI yet, so there may be some unknowns.I’ve been having so much trouble finding the right brace. This is comfortable! Nothing is digging in or rubbing against my skin. I felt like previous braces didn’t provide enough compression or support even if they kept my patella in place. Many, even the one provided by the ortho and recommended by my PT failed to keep the patella in place. This feels so supportive and provides a perfect amount of compression. It lets me bend my knee just as far as I can bend it unbraced without dislocating the patella. So it gives me exactly the range of motion I want and prevents me from going any further. I can definitely tell the compression, limiting motion, and not having anything that digs in will mean less pain, and I think adding the second brace on top will fully support keeping my patella in place (it is a more traditional patella brace with a hole in the front, but the straps dig in and it has those awful rubber things in it that don’t feel so great on the skin when you’re wearing it all the time, so in the very least, this brace makes it possible to comfortably wear the other brace!)I may still wear the other brace I had over it for two reasons. I could use a touch more patella support (but I have EDS and my guess is someone with a normal body would do fine with this) and one reason the other one was helpful is that it helped keep my knee immobilizer up, which I’m supposed to wear when I do more than lay around and walk to the bathroom. Fun fact: knee immobilizers tend to stay up on a man’s straight leg, but not on a woman’s curvy leg. I figured out that wearing a brace under the immobilizer helps hold it up. I guess by making the diameter wider around the knee to match the wider lady thigh. The other brace I’m wearing over it in the picture is a “Dr Brace” brand if you, too, need one.For sizing, I was on the cusp of two sizes. Either should have fit me. The smaller size was better.

Comfortable, excellent support and flexibility, great service
My wife needed knee support, healing from some swelling. After measuring her thigh circumference we ordered the size that seemed appropriate. Turned out it was noticeably too small (velcro scratching on skin described by one reviewer might be because size was too small to wrap completely), so we contacted customer service and they were fantastic, quick response and proper size on our doorstep. My wife's knee likes it. (Be sure to put it on right way around, with opening on front of knee, not back of knee like one reviewer.)

Frustrated - good brace BUT
Ok, so I have this same brace in an XL and it was too small ordered the XXL and it is HUGE. I love the way this wraps in the front. I still use it eventhough it is very large on me. The other one is definitely too small. Hence why my header says FRUSTRATING.

Compaird to other sleeves and wrapt- this one is alright
Ok How do I start(?) This product would be amazing except for a few misses hear and there, thus the three-star rating. For starters (picture A) the complete plastic wrapped box it came in did not have the size highlighted—I ordered Large. The two stuck on barcode labels—(picture B), the top one reflected Black-L which I presume meant ‘Large’. It wasn’t until I opened up the product and noticed a sewed-on label for Size L. In production the box should be marked appropriately for size where it has large letters, not after by placing a barcode label on it. (Mistake one) Next the instruction booklet (picture C) reflected directions for NEENCA Knee Sleeve with Patella Pad and side stabilizers, not for the product ordered NEENCA Knee Brace Compression Support. (Mistake two)On a few other customer remarks, the comments were: “The fabric is not soft and it rubbed my skin”, “Material is harsh”, “Itchy”, “Uncomfortable, it digs into my skin.” “bad rash when wearing on bare skin”, and “my daughter hates it after we got home she had scratch marks all over knees”.I agree, (See picture D) The fabric on the right wraps over the top of the knee. I highlighted the rub marks after wearing for two hours. The red splotches within the circled area is skin irritationfrom the fabric, actually the irritation runs completely around the leg where thecompression wrap contacts the skin. The darker red marks are where the itchinesswas felt, like the Velcro was rubbing, but it wasn’t. It is because the fabric ends are rolled-hem bindings and the slightly bulkier edging and thread is what causes the scratchiness, especially when you pull the binding straps tight. These red splotches went fully around the leg where the stiff fabric contacted the skin—I suspect it’s because the material is somewhat stiff and unforgiving. (Mistake three). One person stated: “Works great....as long as you don't want to bend your knee. Otherwise it pinches the back of your leg.” Another said: “The material especially on the back has no stretch or give at all and just cuts into the leg—creates an uncomfortable bunching at the back of my knee.” “Picture E” shows this material along with the leg stabilizers. One can see that the fabric bunches up as shown upon removing the wrap and the picture of the leg shows the indention marks on the skin where the bunching of the material contacts the back side of the knee and the deep lines of the “Dual metal spring stabilizers”.The description for this item on Amazon states: “Pain Relief and Sports Protection - Anti Slip, Day & Night Wear.” I wonder why MANY people complained of slipping down the leg, maybe they ordered the wrong size-too large or didn’t draw the special ‘V-Straps’ tightly as the description states: “2 V-shaped Velcro straps are highly adjustable that ensures a snug fit.” This needs to be further evaluated as to the many complaints for slipping. The description continued with “Dual metal spring stabilizers (4 springs) fit tightly with your knee joint, strengthen side support and maintain your joint stability.” It would naturally produce those deep lines in the skin if it was doing the job to maintain “side support” or “joint stability”As for the fabric, it continues with: “Soft bandage fabric with airflow vented tech to reduce odor and moisture, circular breathing, breathable and absorbing sweat.” Well that may be so, but it surly caused a red rash on the skin and I can see how others complained of it “being so uncomfortable to wear because of it scratching”. I think one problem is because of the rolled hem binding and stitching that imprints onto the skin and rubs it raw when exercising or running or playing tennis and the bunching of the material at the back of the knee is also a problem. If you’re looking for a brace to use as support on a walk or just around the house, this is great and I’m a senior male and have no need to play sports or run, so I feel it is a good deal for what I desire. Another customer said., “Works great....as long as you don't want to bend your knee. Otherwise it pinches the back of your leg.” I agree but again it does feels good and gives me comfort when I get up walk about. Every person has their opinion based on their experiences and tolerance of pain, thus the varying pro and con remarks. I only have a temporary need for the left knee Medial Collateral Ligament and the Lateral Collateral Ligaments are feeling the strain of acquired injuries through my indestructibility at a younger age and now older, I’m feeling that part of me that didn’t agree in being unbreakable. I have tightness and pain which occasionally occurs in cold rainy seasons and out of all other leg tubes, wraps and compression sleeves, this one seems to be alright.

Comfortable
Larger size gives good support and not too tight. For a little or strong support of knee

Knee brase
This product was bought after another brand that was smaller than thought a 2x would be. This a similar style for for my Mother to use. I bought this a size larger after my experience with another company. It is more true to size and now to big for her to wear. Will need to order a smaller size for her. Very well constructed, nice material and came closer to size stated but sadly way to big. Will purchase but in smaller size.

Not worth the money
The brace could provide just the right amount of light support if 1) the velcro actually held ( it doesn't) and 2) if the material were not incredibly scratchy and uncomfortable to wear.

Disappointed.
The product is well made, light weight, and easy to put on. It also provides needed support to my knee. The disappointing downside is that it slides down after wearing it for a couple of hours. Tightening it to a point where it stays in place, caused extreme discomfort in my leg.

Great product
I initially ordered size per recommendation on chart sizing from measurement of thigh and it fit thigh but was too loose around knee and therefore was not supportive enough. However, I contacted company customer service from leaflet in package to advise and they immediately sent me a smaller size at no charge to me and was told to keep my original one to give to someone who it may fit. Initial order came very fast and the replacement was delivered even faster. Very happy with the support for my knee with this smaller size. Soft and comfortable material. I know all body types are different and would probably recommend sizing down one for firmer support but at least you can be confident their customer service will be excellent to deal with and will have very speedy responses.
