Realistic but still cute and cuddly. Looks well-made, delivered when promised. Perfect stuffed animal for an 8 year old boy.

REALLY CUTE
If you're into iguana's, then this is the stuffed pet for you. It came perfectly in tact. No rips, no tears, nothing broken. My grandson loved it. Worth the price seeing the ridiculously priced stuffed animals in the stores today. Oh yeah...one problem, my grandson nixed the name "Igor" and renamed his new friend "Iggy."

Best XMAS Present Ever!
Bought this as a XMAS present for 5 year old grandson along with Nat Geo's Lizard magazine for kids. Both were show stoppers. Everything was put on 'hold' because we had to read the magazine right away. The child was inseperable from his lizard - quickly named Spike - for the length of days we stayed.It appeared very well constructed, soft enough to be cuddly, life-like green colored. Spike is a tad too big and long to comfortably stay put for a shoulder ride on a 5 year old, but the boy still had fun doing it. Description stated the item had life-like feel, but I found that the entire lizrd was soft, not leathery. However it does have the appearance of life-like scales. I may have misunderstood or misread that part.4 stars for value only because I felt it was a tad pricey BUT the quality of Igor is worth it. 4 stars for durability only because it's been just one month from time of this review, and time will tell.I was not disappointed with Igor, nor was my grandson. Yes, I recommend Igor the Iguana for any gradeschooler interested in lizards.
