Greet quality for the price. Zero issues. Color matched my MacBook.
I use these daily on 3 different computers. Mostly for hubs for keyboard and mouse. I have noticed zero latency, I have not tried transfer as I rarely need it. But the build quality is great. I’ve had zero issues. I even bought a second pack. And it matched the colors of all 3 MacBooks fairly well!

USB C Male to USB 3.0 Female Adapter (3-Pack)
These work great doing full USB3 data transfer rate when used with devices that support it. They do not do USB C rates which is expected. They have a good positive click when plugged into USB C port. I bought them a second time because they work so well. Have not had any issues with USB A devices which included charging.Only problem is that they are so small that they are easy to misplace. Hence why I bought them again.

Cheap in price & somewhat in quality
Work pretty well, tho 1 appears to be a bad plug, as when it was used the connection would drop & return occasionally. Replaced it with another & it worked fine, so pretty sure it was the adapter. Great price, so not a dealbreaker, but know you may get a bad one in the batch

Great for giving yourself some more capabilities.
I use this to connect to my phone and they work great. Connecting keyboards, connecting ethernet adapters, connecting capture cards, connecting cameras. It all just works with this. Can even throw on a USB hub and add even more items. Must have if you use your phone for a lot of techie type of purposes.

These are oversized and can permanently damage laptop or phone USB-C sockets
Pros: well made, good packaging, good value for money - until your device is damaged.Cons: these are oversized and are likely to damage laptop or phone USB-C sockets.I wanted to like these, and I did until I tried to plug one into a USB-C socket on my laptop. It wouldn't go in. Maybe I bought the wrong one? Nope, it's the right one. So I pushed it harder and it suddenly went in with a definite click I could hear and feel. Uh oh, something's not right here. There was absolutely no wiggle. The plug was much too tight in the socket. I pulled it out and that took much more force than normal too.Could it be the laptop's fault? Probably not, since every other USB-C plug I have ever inserted there has felt completely normal. I tried again, on a spare phone... same problem. OK, no more tests, I don't want to break anything valuable. So I tried the other two adapters just to see if they would go in with the usual amount of force and they wouldn't, so I stopped. Same thing with the spare phone, and another laptop. OK, stop, before something really does break.A search of the buyer feedback quickly returned dozens of comments reporting the same problem. OK, that's it, I didn't get a box of duds, and they're going back for refund. So don't fall into the trap of thinking that a tight fit is good, it isn't, it's risky for your expensive phone or laptop. A damaged USB-C socket is bad news, replacing it would require disassembly and the use of a hot air rework station. For almost everyone, that means buy a new laptop because saving your damaged one is cost prohibitive.Take a look at the photos I attached above. To be clear, this USB-C socket was NOT damaged by this adapter, but this is what is likely to happen if you force in a plug or adapter that is larger than the USB-C specification calls for. Once that folded seam has popped open, the socket is useless, and replacing it is very nontrivial. Don't let this happen to your expensive device by using an otherwise very nice $2 adapter that does not conform dimensionally to the official USB-C specifications. The USB-A side of the adapter is a bit tight too, as others have noted, but that does not have the same risk.A note to the manufacturer: Why? The adapter is really nice in every other way, and if you fix this size problem I would definitely buy many more. It's good to have a fit that is not loose, but it seems like you have overcompensated to the point that it places expensive devices at real risk of damaged sockets. Please fix this.
