Regret the purchase.
I don’t know that these are genuine. I have a pair of copper/brown cloudsteppers. I love them so much, I decided to purchase a black pair from amazon. I received them and they were awfully tight. I imagined they might loosen up with use, but after a month, my toes are so uncomfortable I fully regret my purchase. I finally put my brown and black ones side by side. Both being a size 9.5M, the black is substantially smaller. Now I know why I’m in such pain. Not worth the money.

Almost Heaven. Almost.
These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I own, with the possible exception of my old and well-worn slippers, which are not Clarks. I wore them out of the box for about 6 hours. After that I could feel the rub of the shoe across the top of my foot. Subsequent wearings have resulted in the top of my foot feeling fine in them. The leather of these shoes is soft and supple, and there is gentle elastic on both sides of the heel to take care of the heel slipping out of the shoe while walking. I gave these a five-star rating because I love them even though they have one small flaw for me. I have fallen arches (flat feet) and need a good arch support. While the inner padding of the insole is very soft and comfortable, it doesn't have the support my feet need. However, the insole is easily removed to accommodate an arch support or possibly orthotic. Since I have not tried an full-sized orthotic in the shoe, I can't speak to how it might fit. An arch support will fit easily to take care of my problem.Other than this, the shoes are perfect. The price on this shoe was quite reduced from the usual price. I don't know why they had such a good price, because they arrived in the same packing and excellent condition as another pair of Clarks I bought elsewhere at full price, with no scratches or defects. If you're looking for a comfortable and stylish shoe to walk in for the whole day, this is it. I will definite be buying more Clarks shoes.

The Clarks' Sillian Jetay Flat is like walking on clouds.
I wear a 9.5M - 10M, and usually a 10M in Clarks (to compensate for my slightly wider foot). This Sillian Jetay Flat was just about right for me without socks at 9.5M. I think the 10M might have put the arch in the wrong place for me, and made my foot slip forward when I walked. The moldable foam is like walking on clouds. I got the purple/grey combo which is fantastic- a dusky eggplant color that goes with lots of things. The main material is nubuck. Sometimes I find that nubuck gets stained very easily, but I've worn these all day outside, walking with coffee, etc. four times already without any problem. The heel has a slight elastic pucker, which makes it fit without slipping, and the black stretchy band across one side accommodates my high arch like it was made for my foot. The arch support was suprisingly good for a "cloud" type shoe. I thought my arches would ache by the end of the day, but didn't. I don't know how it would be with active plantar fascitis- mine is in remission now. Overall, these are the most comfortable flats I have. I usually wear clogs, but the difference in foot position for me wasn't a problem.

Crowded Toe
I usually wear an 8.5 in Clarks Leather shoes, so after reading some of the other reviews I ordered a size 9. It took me a long time to decide to return these sweet little shoes due to there just not being enough room for my big toe to not feel crowded. The footbed was really enticing me to keep the shoe anyway, it is so comfy, but the big toe won out and they had to go back.

Cute, Comfy, but Poor Quality
I should know better. I used to be a very satisfied Clark's customer. However, the previous 2 pairs of Clark shoes I've purchased had shoddy leather. Within 2 months of purchase, the leather was peeling off the toe area. (Granted, I probably scraped the toe, but rather than getting scuffed, the leather came off in strips.) But the leather on THESE shoes (Sillian Jettay) came off in flakes and chunks, revealing the beige fabric lining. Initially, I filled in the "gaps" with red magic marker, and then I tried red leather cream. When I gently buffed them, MORE flakes, chunks, and strips of leather came off. I should have taken a picture before I attempted these failed remedies. These shoes are now in the bag of items to drop off at the homeless shelter.

Too Short and a Little Narrow
My feet are size 4 1/2 and I ordered the size 5. They were tight on widest part of my foot, but since I ordered the fabric shoe, the material stretched and was reasonably comfortable. I believe in time, it would have stretched and conformed to my foot as needed. The foot bed was extremely supportive and comfortable. I liked that the back of the shoe was soft fabric and didn't rub my ankles raw. I would have kept the shoe but my big toe was rubbing up against the tip of the shoes. They ended up being way too short lengthwise so I returned. I have noticed the cloudsteppers heat up quite a bit when wearing. The fabric used felt thick similar to the material used in sweat pants. I do not believe it would have helped with breathability. This would most likely be a shoe for spring, winter, and fall.

Nice Shoe
The shoes are comfortable. The fit is slightly small - I would go half size up if I bought this again. (My other Clark's shoes are a 6 and I ordered a 6.5 after reading the reviews. I would order a 7.) My toe is right up to the end of the shoe but not uncomfortable. The top of the shoe does press some on the upper part of my foot, but I assume it will stretch over time. The color is neutral enough to wear with most anything. They appear to be well made and durable, but that's something only time will tell. The back part of the shoe around the heel is a suede like material. It's nice and soft, but I am concerned about spotting in the rain. The inside looks like a t-shirt fabric, is soft and cushioned. The soles seem good enough - a heavy duty rubber like material. Though they are slightly small, I will keep them because I got them for $18. If I had paid full price they would go back.

This is a great pair of shoes.
Buying shoes online is usually a gamble but these were a pleasant surprise.Nice light shoe with a good sole..lots of toe room and with the neoprene inset has a bit of give getting into it. With the cushiony insole ,this shoe is very comfortable. I bought them for my 91 year old mother and she loves them because they are so light and not clumsy to wear. The leather is nice and soft .with a elastic around the heel to keep it from slipping off.

I would like to order different color in the
These were exactly what I expected. I wore them all day and had no issues, even though I have small bunions and my one foot is a bit bigger than the other. They are not loose, as I first found them tight around the bunion, but as they are fabric, they stretched around my feet. I would like to order different color in the future

These are extremely comfortable but slightly too wide
These are extremely comfortable but slightly too wide. I bought the size as it was the same as another pair I had purchased but these do not fit as well. They arrived sooner than I expected and with heel groups they look great

Watch the sizing. The Sillian Jetay fits SMALL!
A very nice shoe, but a smaller fit than your regular shoes. I ordered a half-size up, after reading they fit small in a review. Still my toes went right to the front of the shoe, no wiggle room. The shoe is lightweight and nice looking in red. Too bad the fit is so odd. I've bought other shoes online without issue. I have a feeling being made in Vietnam may be part of the problem. Other Clark shoes I've bought have fit true to size.
