OtterBoxALPHA GLASS Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy Note8 - Retail Packaging - CLEAR

This was a great screen protector. Unfortunately, it's really thick and I can't adjust the touch sensitivity on the Galaxy Note 8 (yes, I looked, and all I can do on that model is adjust the sensitivity of the home press button which doesn't help for the overall sensitivity.) I dropped my phone at least 6 times (not on purpose) and did not get a single scratch or crack. If purchasing for the Note 8 make sure you get a case that more fully protects the corners of the phone, this screen protector doesn't have much of a curve for the edges. I would get this brand again for a different model of phone that I can adjust the screen sensitivity settings for.

Bought this case for my Note 8. This case didn't last long with me, and I don't remember why. I mean I switched back to Spigen after a short period of time. Guess I didn't like the feel of this one.Actually, I remember why. Most likely because this one didn't have a kickstand, like the Spigen one.

This has saved my phone every time! I have broken 3 of these screen protectors out of numerous drops on tile, asphalt and stone. I am so glad the protector broke and not the phone. I just reorder and reinstall. With the kit, the install is supper easy. NOTE: The protector did pop off on one drop, but no big deal when it saves your phone. It fits the curved edges really well and that is where the crack have typically occurred on a drop. The protector thickness does limit the touch sensitivity, and had to turn up the sensitivity on my phone, But I would rather deal with that then a busted phone.

Ive bough many clear cases and it was nice to see one from otterbox. It is a lot more sturdier and seems to be holding up from yellowing so fast. The only issues stopping it from being 5 stars are the buttons on the case. The buttons are very hard to use due to the sturdy construction of the phone, but they have loosened up a but over the past few months. I was ready to ship back in the beginning and have gotten use to that only gripe I have. Solid otherwise!

I have purchased this same case for my phone about 3 times over the past 2 years. I love it! Does a great job of protecting my phone but still looks pretty. I relpace every so often due to minor scratches, minor discoloring (from my job) and very minor cracks from dropping it repeatedly. Overall an excellent phone case!

I like the color and the price of item, however the volume keys do not work you have to remove the Otterbox off of the phone to turn volume up or down. Cumbersome.

The glass is sturdy but does come off if dropped. Hard to reinstall after it drops. I cleaned it with alcohol. All is well screen on phone and cover not damaged.

It protects my phone very well. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and feet perfect. All you need for having your device safety.

It's decent and quality seems better then Spigen. I had to return the item due to few defectives and had received a used case instead of brand new. There was no lamination on the panels for supporting its brand new. It also had yellowish tinge on all 4 sides already. The quality is good for 2k or less. It's not worth paying more then 2k for this. Better option is Spigen.

The box was open. Works bad at edges.does not cover the whole screen.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this case, and despite the surprising amount of negative ones I came across, I decided to give it a try anyways as I'm a long time user of Otterbox cases (Samsung S4, S5 Mini, S7, and now Note 8).The amount of screen that is exposed does make me slightly uneasy compared to all the previous Otterbox cases I have used on my other phones. I understand that they wanted to allow for the edge screen feature to be fully utilised, but I would rather lose some of the edge screen in order to have more lip protection around the whole of the screen. I'm not saying that I believe this case wouldn't proect my phone during a drop, just that it's a little bit more exposed than what I'm comfortable with.I noticed a lot of people complaining about the alignment of the side buttons on this case. I have had no such issues with the buttons, they are very responsive for me. The only alignment issue I've noticed is the opening for the S Pen. It's not centered at all and the pen sits all the way at the top lefthand corner of the opening (photos attached). It is slightly difficult to get the pen in and out as it rubs along the side of the opening, but its more irritating than it is obstructive.The quality of the case itself is good, as you would expect from Otterbox, and my phone fits snugly into the case (which I was honestly concerned about considering the amount of exposed screen along with the reviews I read from other purchasers).While not the best Otterbox case I've had, I'm overall relatively happy with the case. I hope it will provide me with the protection I want.

Did expect better form Otterbox. Bought this protector since very happy with all previous cases we bought from this brand. But this protector I expected much better fit. It's a bit short on top and bottom. Fit was not tight down to the screen so you had a bit of tapping sound when you tapped on top of screen protector.There is better protectors out there to lower price and they still fit with Otterbox cases.
