It works, it’s cheep and you don’t need external parts
Button wasn’t working as the part was broken. I had already taken apart the controller to see what was wrong so it was a quick install and fix!I did use my own personal tool kit I had acquired a while ago, but the inclusion of required screw drivers is useful to the people who are doing this for the first time!Anyways the controller works great and I’m pleased to be able to fix the controller for around 8 dollars!

Quality complete repair kit
Swapped out the broken bumper after using the included screwdriver. Works great and easy enough to replace. Make sure to use the included top companion piece to ensure a proper fit with the bumpers.

Saved Money
I was about to buy a new controller which I'd usually 50 to 60 dollars. I watched a video that showed me how to fix replace the bumpers with this set. It was pretty easy to do and I save about 40 dollars

Cheap alternative to a new controller
Easy to install with everything you need to do it, aside from common sense which you supply. cheaper quality material but durable enough to last heavy gaming (just a poor design by Microsoft probably planned obsolescence or an oversight) lasted 6-9 months before breaking both times. If you don't button mash like your trying to punch through drywall you should be fine for awhile.

Perfect low cost solution
In the past just bought new controller when a bumper or other part broke. Saved about $50 doing this. Also got purple bumpers and sticks to go with my lime green controller. Looks more customized now.

Arrived broken. Tools are nice though
Arrived broken.. One on the bottom is the new one. Broken clip on left side, and broken button actuation on the right. Would not recommend for $12 to fix for your bumpers. Just buy a new controller for $35-$50

Good replacement
The media could not be loaded. Works like OEM. The pack includes all tools you need and the plastic feels good and not cheap.It's not difficult to replace and a better alternative to buying a new controller or sending it to repair after warranty expired.
