Weatherproof Vintage Men's Performance Weather-Flex Flex Flatfront Pant

I really like these pants. They are well-made and fit well. I like that they have a little bit of stretch so they are not binding.

These pants fit well and comfortable. The pockets are sufficiently deep to hold a walker or larger cell phone. I have a trim fit but a lot of similar pants are a bit tight in the seat. I first bought these at Costco and bought a few pairs when available. Since then, Costco had three other brands that are similar and all are too tight in seat and the next size up is too big. The side pocket has a small zipper section that is nice to hold car keys to keep from juggling your wallet and keys depending on order they are in. I with the front pocket had another zippered section to better secure a wallet. I bought to wear in a business setting to replace khaki pants. I am wearing these pants in place of denim pants often on the weekend. They look nicer and frankly, more comfortable. Also easier to “fish” out phone or wallet. They don’t wrinkle and seem to be stain resistant. I have some tactical pants that have zippered pockets I wear when I am in crowds that provide some protection against pick pockets but I am sure a pro would still get past a zipper.

Bought two pairs for a trip to Europe. No wrinkles, they wore great and were incredibly stain proof.

Love these pants. The fit, style, and comfort aew are excellent.

I think these are a Costco brandThey have been great for my going adult son he wears them two to three times a week at work doing landscaping and they hold up very well and look professional

I bought a pair at Costco and really liked them, so did others as my size sold out. These pants look nice, are very comfortable (feel like you're wearing sweatpants) and so far very durable. They wash up nice and I just let them air dry, no pressing needed.

Extreme comfort, move with ease, clean up nicely and dry quickly…great value, as advertised.

Great pants with one weird thing. The right side features a regular pocket and a zip pocket but both are much too shallow.. I love the idea of being able to zip a pocket closed, but both right side pockets are maybe half the depth of a normal pants pocket ( like the normal one on the left). I like to drop my phone or wallet into my right pocket and not worry about it falling out, but you can’t do that. You can barely stuff a phone or wallet into the zippered pocket. It’s odd enough that I find myself only using the single left pocket. Because of this one thing I don’t think I’d buy these pants again. There are so many similar brands with normal depth pockets.
