Beautiful
I am so pleased with this new tank. I have had many compliments on it and it is very easy maintain. The only reason I give it four stars is that I cannot find replacement filters for it anywhere. It is very quiet and doesn’t have bubbles in the tank.

Nano Reef Tank
I purchased this tank (8 gal) from my local fish store. I have been quite pleased so far that I wanted to leave a review.I am using this tank as a tabletop reef tank in my home office. It fits nicely and complements my space. The bow front design is contemporary, and the stock equipment has been fine. It comes with a built in back panel filtration that allows you to customize your filter media as you would like. The back panel allows has two overflow ports, which I thought was strange, but so far so good. For all you saltwater fans - Pic was taken on day two of setup. Plan to keep mostly coral (softies), and some inverts. May need to upgrade the lighting based on how they do. I also added a VORTECH MP10 (overkill on this 8g) and have it on the lowest setting to help with the flow. I will update once things mature over time.

Overall good but you will need to modify
Overall the tank has been worth the price. It's a beautiful shape with very clear glass. The lid is a proper glass panel which is nice and it fits perfectly with a small slot for feeding. The light has been more than adequate for growing plants. The included water pump has been fine and runs real quiet. I love the separate compartment for the filter setup. Makes the tank look so neat. Now for the negatives. The filtration components that come with the tank are not adequate. You will have to build the filtration system yourself. It's not to hard though, there are plenty of guides out there to help you. The lack of filtration components is pretty much standards for the industry so I don't consider that a huge downer. The outflow from the water pump is pretty strong. This can be mitigated by putting a sponge over the top of the valve (they sell these sponge covers at most pet stores and Amazon) and zip tying it on there so not a big deal. The most frustrating is that there is an opening on the center of the back panel, near the bottom, about as wide as a nickel. I understand why it is there, to ensure the pump has access to water, however I can't understand why they didn't put a screen of some sort over it. I kept on getting shrimp and small fish in my filter area. I used some filter floss to cover the hole while still allowing water through as I didn't realize the discrepancy until already had water in there. If you buy this I would use aquarium glue and put a proper screen over it before adding water.

Fish tank
Although this fish tank is beautiful, I’m not seeing that the filter is really working as best as any other normal fish tank you would get at a store but the fish tank itself is very beautiful. I’ve had it for about three months now and I am in love with it.

Nice! but..
Nice size tank for a Betta, but the filters and light system that come with it are pointless. Personally, I will need to modify the filters in the back with foam, media and floss and add a better light for plants. As is though, Its a good beginners tank, you will just need to do frequent water and filter changes to keep the water clean.

Not for small fish!!!!
I really like this tank. Well at least in theory. Good shape, great amount of filtration room, nice visibility. My problem is the filter. My fish absolutely love to get into the filter. Rummynose, chilli rasboras, khuli loaches, etc. I’ve lost more fish just to the stupid filtration system than I’ve lost in any other tank ever for any reason. It’s beyond frustrating. So here’s the dilemma: The filtration system kills small fish and the tank isn’t big enough for medium/large fish. Which means it’s kinda just useless. Very disappointing.

It's nice but...
I like it. Gives my betta space and gave me room to aquascape. However... the "filter" is.. pretty bad. The best it does that I notice is aerate the water. There are no instructions to set up the filter media like their others. Setting up a heater in it was a pain as well because that meant moving my filter media. A HOB filter would most likely work better.
