Worked great for new-ish 3.75" holes, included metal screws still workable if not ideal
Old 1950s TP holder had stubby arms and a 4" hole spacing. New Franklin Brass TP holder had longer arms but 3.75" spacing. Fortunately, the 600R isn't expensive, Amazon is fast, and the largest holes on this bracket are 3.75". Excellent unit and wish I had not held off on ordering trying to re-use my old bracket.Oddly, the 600R bracket came with phillips, flat head sheet metal screws in gold, white, and metal finishes but they were not M4 tapped machine screws like the instructions called out (you'd want 40-50 mm long M4 screws, ideally). The included sheet metal screws worked fine with a bit more force to get tapped. The number of times I can re-mount my recessed paper holder has been drastically reduced, however, I doubt that'll be an issue.

A must for hollow wall install...
This is a beefy piece. No doubt it will last a very long time. I think it is a bit much to pay (not to mention should come with the kit you buy, see other review for holder), but it does what it should. If you are doing remodel work and know there aren't backing plates or blocking where you want this, then you will need it to make things fast and easy. If you have blocking or can add it easily, don't waste your money. I used this on a bath vanity case. I cut out a hole as per the directions, and used this to clamp the holder to the cabinet. Simple to do, and the bracket is minimally invasive in the cabinet.Note: Be sure to put this on the holder prior to putting it in the wall as for the instructions. I will again re-emphasize this because I know it is just a matter of time before someone drops it in the wall and creates a mess...I highly recommend, just think this should come with the kit.

Simple and effective
I ordered a new toilet paper holder that was nicer than the old one. The problem was that the new holder was deeper than the old one so I could not use the wood blocking that the old one attached to. I removed the old blocking and used this bracket to mount the new holder. Installation was simple, using two screws. The bracket basically clamps the holder to the drywall.

Works Fine if Needed
It's been about 5 years since I installed the toilet paper dispenser this bracket works with so I'm not positive if this bracket was needed. There were other customer reviews addressing the issue so check it out. I do know this part (or the one that MIGHT have come with the dispenser) worked just fine, but with modifications. If the hole cut in the wall does not have a stud anywhere in line where the dispenser will fit, this will work fine. I had a stud to one half of the hole. I ended up cutting the bracket to fit in the other half of the hole. I ran one of the dispenser's finishing screws directly in the stud while the second one I attached to the modified bracket. Sorry I cannot positively remember the details.

Support for Franklin Brass 9097PC
It's a brace used to support a recessed toilet paper holder in my vanity. Unfortunately it came with Sheetrock screws and we didn't mount it in the wall. We had to go to the store to get the right screws. The good news is the right screws were easy to find.

This Is a Clamp To End All Clamps!
This clamp should not be confused with steamed clamps as it is meant for double-duty work in the toilet room and not the kitchen. It fit just perfectly and really solved a big problem we were having down on the farm here. Although we have indoor plumbing in our main house, when you get way out in the fields and woods we rely on our outhouse. Because we have lots of help during the harvest season we have a "double-holer" to keep production up.Sometimes when two field hands were sitting down on the job they would get fidgety and knock the roll of double-ply toilet paper down the honey hole. This of course made it difficult to reach and soggy, too. So we ordered this jewel of a clamp. We cut out a keen hole in the wall and installed this clamp so when we put the toilet paper on that little round peg that it spins on, the clamp kept it tight, safe and secure. In no time at all, this here Franklin Brass 600R Recessed Wall Clamp paid for itself. In fact, it saves about two rolls of toilet paper a day from falling in the toilet which means that it is even making us money!Buy one. You'll love it, too!

Correct Hardware Included
The correct hardware is included and installation was without issue. It even comes with a pair of both stainless and white painted screws to match your holder color.I can imagine it being a little difficult to install to a drywall where you don't have access to hold up the bracket from behind, while starting the threads. I've seen some other units where a spring is included to hold up the bracket inside the wall, while the TP holder is put in place. This bracket does not have this. If you are installing to drywall, probably have to get creative and put something behind the bracket to hold it up inside your wall during installation.

Easy to install
I tried to install a new recessed toilet paper holder in my remodeled bathroom. I tried to used the existing wooden block the builders of the house used with, trying to tape it in place with NO luck. I spent over an hour before I just gave up in exasperation and ordered this mounting bracket. Once I received this bracket the paper holder installation took about 5 minutes. Tops!
