They do exactly what they're supposed to do and there's a bunch of them in the bag, so they'll last if you lose a few. I have grey hair, so I got the silver color to blend in better. As others have mentioned, the round punch hole will catch on your hair when you take them out. It was fairly obvious that the problem could be solved by flattening the punch hole. I took a pair of regular pliers (not needle-nosed) and flattened each of the clips. It didn't even take 5 minutes of effort and they work just awesome as before, but now they don't yank out my hair.

These are cute and exactly what you expect. But they pull hair. I would recommend giving the tip a few good whacks of a hammer to close the gap.

My mom is always loosing her hair clips. This pack hold a lot of clips. They are slightly smaller than standard according to my mom. They stay on good.

The clips were what I wanted and expected EXCEPT these have a design flaw. There is a little rivet joining top and bottom of clip - see photo. Hair gets caught on this rivet. So EVERY TIME you take clip out of your hair you must untangle or pull out hairs. I've had similar clips and never had this problem before. Go for a higher quality clip.

Was going to return it but decided to just deal with it because it was cheap. I guess that's what I should have expected. At least there's 50 so when you lose one you can just replace it. I don't plan to buy them again unless the do something about the front piece that catches your hair.

The quantity is a ton. The color is good and seems to be holding up. Nice basic barrette to have.
