Easy setup
Easy to pair with Bluetooth. Keyboards works well. The keys of the keyboard felt good to touch. The backlit works very well.

I disconnected it once and it stopped connecting ever again :(
I liked the keyboard, I got it as a replacement when my 4 year old surface keyboard failed on me. This one's a little bulky, but I liked that you can still use the keyboard while it's detached like a normal Bluetooth keyboard.Unfortunately I disconnected the keyboard once a few days ago and it has not connected back since. I thought it was because I was in my office and maybe someone else connected to the keyboard by accident, but even when I'm at home alone the keyboard his the white/blue backlight indicating it's connected and it's not connected to my computer and doesn't show up on Bluetooth devices. So ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I'd like a replacement or my money back.

Bluetooth problems, requires passcode
Sturdy looking product, but yet to test it, given connectivity issues. Bluetooth keyboard name appears in list of devices (not logically named by brand by the way), and then requires a passcode to pair/connect. Please help!

Stopped charging after while
It stopped charging after a while ordered a replacement. Keyboard is quite what i liked about lets see if the replacement works well.

Broke within 1 week. Not worth it.
Stopped connecting to bluetooth within one week. I was on the phone with Microsoft for a half hour trying to connect, and they said the keyboard is broken.
