Absolutely love this chair. Well made, comfortable, easy to assemble and looks great. One of the best features is the arms that can be raised so it can fit easily under just about any desk. Completely silent mechanisms and the adjustable lumbar support is fantastic. The back has the perfect height which provides a very comfortable headrest for me. It also has a nice roomy wide seat. At this point I have absolutely no complaints. Maybe a little pricier but well worth it.

Good looking chair and very comfortable! Fits perfectly in my office and feels sturdy. Only took about 20 minutes to put together. Spins smoothly.

For the price this chair is great! It really is great for the price. Actually, its really nice looking and relatively comfortable. I have two things that are a bit bothersome... 1. You can't lock it into place leaning back... so if you want it to slightly leaning back and stay back, you can't do that. 2. The padding is rather thin. Its fine, but long periods in the chair tend to be uncomfortable. This is most evident in the armrests. They are rather thin padding and hurt my elbows.

Sturdy chair, easy to assemble, more comfortable than I expected. A chair with a high price/performance ratio! The lumbar support is very good. Good for long hours. I like it. I'll buy it again.

Definitely better than the average office desk chair. Apparent quality is good. Comfort / padding good. The wheels glide easily. Plenty big enough. I’m 6 ‘ 200 lbs. Easy to assemble.

We like this chair very much. It's very comfortable, with great padding and a good tilt to it. Our previous Staples chair tilted forward and we always felt we were sliding out. The lumbar support is an added benefit because of my bad back, and it's easy enough to deflate it; my husband doesn't need it at all. It was easy for him to put together. We would definitely recommend this chair.

Got this chair in November. I loved this chair right up until about 3 weeks ago and one of the wheels broke in half and fell off the base. So here I sit in a titter totter chair. LOL... Other than that, it is very nice material, wide seat that I can actually fold my legs up in when I get tired of my legs hanging off of it. But I'm a small woman, about 5'1", so it big for me. It's very comfortable, cushy. If the company would just please send me a new wheel I'd be super happy. I contacted them, but no response yet. Update: I contacted the company and it wasn't too long they responded and sent me new wheels, a whole set, not just one. So if any more would break, I have the set to replace them. Customer service was excellent. It took a little while for them to arrive, but it's all good now! No more teeter totter! Yay!
