The install instructions are not helpful in installing fan but I did find a video on YouTube that worked for me. I did send a message to manufacturer asking for instructions but never got a response. Still not sure of all the buttons on the remote but I haven't played with all of them yet so would gave been nice if it had come with some instruction. I do absolutely love, love, love this light. Love being able to change settings with remote from my bed. The fan is super quiet, has 6 settings. The speaker works well and you can control sound from remote. There are many different like settings to choose from. It is pretty for bedroom too.

I absolutely love my fan. It works great, and super cute! The only down fall I have is the app is no longer working and I am unable to change the lights which was my favorite feature. The instructions could be better as well.

I bought this for my daughter’s room for her birthday. She loves it. Now she has good lighting and fan works good, will freeze you out. And the the Bluetooth speaker even sounds great. So 3 in one fan. It’s so beautiful, it’s quiet to.I bought one for my room a year ago and a lot of my friends got one now after seeing mine. It’s easy to put up too. I give it a 5 star.

I bought 3 of these. After installing one, I might just send the others back and get something else, even if they don’t match.Pros: the physical pieces were not super difficult to install. Sound quality isn’t top notch, but it isn’t the worst. Looks nice (but will project shadows on the wall, all the way around). I like that the blades of the fan tuck in when not in use.Cons: you have to use TWO different apps, one for the lights/music, the other for the fan which I CANNOT GET TO CONNECT for the life of me. And asking for product support? Forget about it. Took me in one big unhelpful loop. Oh, and only one person can be connected at a time. So if you and a partner both have the apps, one has to disconnect before the other can use it (instead of automatically kicking one person off when the other tries to connect). Super inconvenient. Part of the reason we bought these was so that we didn’t have to chase down remotes, but could both have control. There’s also no way to connect to more than one light/speaker at a time, to play music from both in sync. I assumed as much, but was a little hopeful that I could have Christmas music or something playing throughout the house. Overall, really disappointed. Not being able to connect the fan app just pushed me over the edge to thinking this purchase was not worth it. Save your money. Get something else.
