I love this gum! The cinnamon flavor is wonderful and is long lasting. This gum is not chalky and it does not stick to my teeth. My dentist determined I have gingivitis at my recent check up. I heard Xylitol is good for retarding plaque buildup on teeth so I decided to add this gum to my healing regiment. Chewing on a couple of pieces between meals helps keep teeth cleaner between brushing with the added benefit of Xylitol.I am planning on trying the other flavors as well.

I am not a “gum person” but after hearing that xylitol gum can improve your teeth, I decided to give this one a try. This gum has an excellent texture and the peppermint flavor is so refreshing. It seems to last a good while too. It does not stick to any of my dental work and I have a mouth full of crowns. That was the main reason I didn’t like gum in first place. It’s probably too early to tell if it’s really helping my teeth but I am enjoying it regardless and will purchase again.

My first purchase was the Peppermint flavor which I loved, strong and long lasting which are both quality I look for in a gum of that flavor so I went ahead and purchased the 4-pack of this with mixed results.in a ranked list of best to worst here is mine:#1: Peppermint -best one, longest lasting with a nice kick to it, highly recommend this one and will likely gift this one to others that also go through gum as fast as I do.#2: Spearmint - same as peppermint, pretty good and lasts a long time.#3: Cinnamon - has a decent kick at first, tastes pretty comparably to the Red Hots cinnamon candy, lasts an ok/decent amount of time flavor wise.#4: Fresh fruit - the worst one, flavor last the shortest as well as the weakest flavor, tastes Exactly like a basic bubble gum, or like a hubba bubba but worse. not very good at all and would recommend NO ONE buy this. with a timer the flavor lasts exactly 5 minutes and that's being generous, save your money and just buy the other 3 separately. just avoid the "fresh fruit" of lies.all my pseudo tests are done with x2 pieces of gum since they are pretty small to begin with and chewing small pieces of gum is kinda meh to me.packaging is as shown and pretty good when received, a bit pricy but I would consider getting the larger sizes in any of the flavors except "fresh fruit"

I Absolutely love this xylitol gum! It tastes really great and it's really long lasting. The best part is that this gum is actually good for your health, so it's really a win win!

Upon recommendation from my dentist for dry mouth, I began my search for a good xylitol sweetened gum. I have tried other brands and this is the one I use. I love the option of the citrus flavor and chew it everyday. It is also a great value and I love that the ingredient list is not long.

Tastes great ! Keeps my teeth clean and my breath fresh. Helps keep mouth from getting dry.
