Earthama RAW is the best elderflower syrup I have ever tasted. It is very light and flowery. Perfect addition for seltzer or mixed drinks. Arrived the next day and well packaged. Now I cannot be without it. I never liked drinking plain water - but with just a small amount of this, it transforms water into a summery, delightful drink - I can drink a whole bottle of this without even thinking - it's much better than any iced tea or soda by a mile, and you can make it as strong or as mild as you want, and it's just fantastic
