Very small
This is a useful tool, but it is basic and very small, definitely a pocket version. For the price it's just not worth buying, you can get similar things for free online.

Straight forward, easy to use
This is handy to use in art lessons when students need to think about their colour choices. It's easy to use though a little on the small side. It is a bit flimsy so needs handling with care, otherwise it's a great pocket piece to have with your art kit.

A bit flimsy, but a handy reference especially for beginners
This colour wheel is packed with useful information and, whether you're a beginner or experienced, it's handy to have around.one side of the wheel gives a colour mixing guide. This will indicate the colours resulting from adding any of the primary colours or black and white to any of the 12 colours of the wheel, which is unbelievably useful. It also shows a gray value scale in 10 increments from black through to white which, again is a superb feature. The other side of the wheel is where it gets really good - not only does it explain (in quite small writing) the relationships between the colours of the wheel, but gives indications of shade, tone and tint for each one, as well as indicting clearly the relationship of various colours to the colour selected on the wheel. It is, I have to say, a little flimsy - the card it's printed on hasn't stayed particularly flat - but it is incredibly useful. So long as you aren't throwing it around, or stuffing it into a backpack everyday, this should last a while.
