Good wax warmer!
Very useful for personal waxing.Wouldn't recommend for use on others people due to putting the hard wax directly into the heater. (No tin nessecary)Then the plastic spatula is useless, ditch it and buy yourself extra ones that are normal wooden disposable spatulas. The wax takes a few trys to get a hang of.My top tips includeTalcum powder the areas you want to wax before the treatment.Make sure wax is fully melted.Wax should be spread thickly with a thicker end from the edge you will be pulling to ensure you have something to pull.Pull wax while still bendy so it doesn't crack...Never let wax completely cool on your skin (that's when the cracking will start, making it impossible to take off)And lastly buy yourself some salon wax beads! It's better quality than the best ones (which didn't smell at all, as described)

Use if you have less hair growth and more time
I found this product quite time consuming and hard to use due to thicker and faster hair growth, as you can use only a little wax at a time and it tends to solidify once in contact with colder air. It is very hard to use during the winter months. I don't use mine anymore and I don't know what to do with it. It's a very neat and nifty product, but it's just not for me.However, this would be a great product for people with slower and sparser hair growth.

A decent purchase
I think for what you get with this product the price is brilliant. It does come with a pin plug but I didn't find that in issue, adaptors aren't pricey and you may already have one if you have things such as an electric toothbrush. The style of waxing itself isn't that effective but does feel nicer than using strips. Again for the price I don't think you couldn't be disappointed.

Good for the first time waxer ๐
I only wanted the pot as I heard the wax supplied is terrible, but the pot is great!. Can't put it on the wrong temp as it only has one setting.. Heats up wax fast and is a good little unit for the first time home waxer.. Just invest in a different wax..

Good little pot... bin the wax. HONEST REVIEW.
I'm no stranger to home waxing and have for years brought "microwaveable" tubs of wax and had to make those annoying trips to the microwave to reheat the wax.I brought this little kit for ยฃ20. Considering the brand and what's in the kit, it seems like a total steal. I mostly wanted this kit for the warmer itself. Note to everyone who moaned about the wax. YOU CAN USE ANY WAX. Most professional wax heaters cost way more, so for me this was a bargain. A reliable brand too and not one that I haven't heard of.SO the kit arrived, all new and packaged. First thing I notice is its not in English. None of it is but for me, it's fine because I have lots of hot stripless wax experience (so for those that don't go on YouTube there is a handy video tutorial for this kit). The plug is also a european plug (the shaver looking one) which was annoying but luckily I had an adapter left over from a previous holiday. The warmer heated up extremely quickly, a cute little light to tell me it was on. The "pod" it's self is very small and compact and I know it's going to last me a while. I didn't count how long it exactly took to melt a wax tablet but five mins in the pot was heated up and wax was starting to melt. The wax however... horrid. There was no smell other than hot rubbery wax, I did a bikini wax. It was horrendously painful, more so than normal. I found that the thicker the wax was on the skin the easier it was to pull. This wasted sooooo much wax & was way too thick. Sometimes it stuck on like a sticky sweet and I literally had to pick it off. Not great when you are doing the most sensitive part of your body ๐ I expected better from Veet, however the wax when used in thick doses did remove hair but with the price of the refils it's so not worth it. It's probably worth buying a bag of hot wax "beads" these are smaller and will melt quicker.I'm so in love with the wax warmer "pod" so this kit was a steal for me. So for those who are invested into hot wax, go for it. Remember waxing takes time if you are a novice. I always do my waxing in the evening on a Sunday where I know I have more time to chill, watch a movie and wax away. 30 days of no shaving? Bonus of giving up an hour or two of your time.3 stars for product, has no reflection on the seller, product came as expected, new and packaged well.Veet? Focus on your wax!

Perfect for yourself using at home in your comfort ๐
I'm very happy with my my purchase. I readed many reviews like "no uk plug, no english instructions ". As it seen in my photo everything is how it should to be. I'm gonna try it today. About delivery? Absolutely perfect!

Have vegetable oil to hand
As a wax warming bowl this works well. It takes half an hour to get the wax to the right temperature, but once reached the wax stays warm rather than getting hot enough to burn you. But that's pretty much where it's use ends. The applicator is just over an inch wide, so it takes hours to apply and remove inch wide, three inch long, wax strips from your legs. (You can make wider strips by using an old credit card to apply the wax with, but it'll still take an age to wax a leg.)This wax doesn't use top layer cotton strips, so you have to pick off the edge of the dried wax and pull the wax itself. So it's difficult to get a fast, clean rip.The hair removal isn't efficient, I was getting about 30% to 40% hair removal each time. I have thick, coarse hair and I don't think the kit could cope with it. I re-waxed areas a couple of times, but ended up shaving. The wax itself is messy. You get blobs of it all over you and your furniture. The instructions try to sell you special remover wipes. You don't need them, cheap vegetable oil on a piece of kitchen towel works fine.Veet say you need four waxing discs to do both half legs at home . So that's ยฃ6 for the discs, plus a couple of hours of set-up, waxing, and clean-up. My usual salon charges ยฃ9 for three-quarter waxing of both legs. and I'm in the salon less then 15 minutes. So even if the Veet kit worked well for me I'd still err towards the salon.
