I have been working out with the wheel for 3 decades. It is one of the best workout devices. It strengthens your arms, legs, stomach, and chest. It is rowing without needing a boat. Plus, it gives you heart a workout. One has to be careful not to abuse one's knees but I heartily recommend it to those who want to stay fit.

Only Positive is the Ab Roler
Bought this as a valentine's gift for my fiance. He loves it. It was easy to assemble. The skipping rope is light, flimsy and useless. The kneeling pad is also lightweight and lifts off the ground when kneeled on. The ab roler works quite fine.
