Are these “nut free” - made in “nut free environment”?

Callebaut's product specifications state that the product should be nut free. Whilst there are stringent procedures in place to prevent cross contamination with other nut based products and it is highly unlikely that any nuts are present Callebaut cannot 100% guarantee that the product is nut free.
