I haven’t made a Roman shade in about 20 years so this product sounded like a step up from the old eye screws and cleats. What a difference. The pulleys make the cords run smoother and the cord-lock device is awesome! I was especially pleased that the package arrived days ahead of schedule so I was able to finish my shade early.

This kit was a life saver, but it would have been nice if complete installation directions were included. Fortunately I had a relaxed shade I had made by professionals. I took it down and slayed it out so I could see exactly how the cording should be done. The product once installed works great!

Cord lock soesn't work too well.

The pulleys, cord cleat, and rolling clasp work great. They were easy to install. There were no instructions. The amount of cord provided was too short for my 3rd length (it’s a large window) but I was able to purchase more at a fabric/craft store.

The rollers and cord lock were very easy to install. Did run out of cord as I was installing a 6’x6’ Roman shade and needed about 12’ more cord. Must admit that the cord that came with this kit was a very high quality cord. Overall, loved working with this kit.

My Roman Shade is working perfectly - this kit took care of everything I needed, except the plastic rings to run the cord through ... but I already had plenty of those. It works so much better than screw eyes and a cleat to hold it up.
