while not as powerful or as big as some sanitizer this one does work well and I am happy I got it. I have a c-pap and the4 full on mask was making my skin act up. Since I sanitize very day there is no problem. I did use wipes and cleaners on my mask previously but that did not work with my skin. I know that I am not going to get any bacterial or viral problems when I sanitize with this.

This device seems to be effective in that it used bright UV-C lights to disinfect items in the box. The box is a good size and closes tightly so that the light is well contained (the light is harmful to you if it is seen or allowed to hit your skin for any significant time). There is only one control on the box; a button on the from that turns the lights on for 5 min. The button remains lighted but not flashing after that time. There is no way to see whether the interior UV-C lights are still on inside the box after the button stops flashing because there is an safety interlock that prevents the UV-C lights from being on when the box is open - thus there is some uncertainty about just exactly what is happening. It might be better design to have a more distinct "ready" signal and "working" signal that the 2-state button even though the button's 2 states probably do the job. And, of course, there is no way to know that during the button flashing period that anything is going on inside the box. There is no documentation of any kind that I saw to make things clearer. I returned the item not because of any functional issue but because I found that I was not using it for the purpose intended.

It's what I was looking for , works great , can't clean my CPAP mask and hose at same time so I clean them separately the box could be larger

I bought another brand a year ago with a pull out drawer to load stuff into. Don't buy it! It lasted about a year until the flimsy USB plug in to the machine snapped off completely. This is the one to buy. The first one I bought with the pull out drawer...yes, they still sell it here is, is a rip-off. Buy this one instead. It's a little more but well worth it.

I bought this to sanitize cpap equipment. I used it for 6 months before I purchaded a 6-in-1 QUANTADOSE UV/UVC card to check the level of UV/UVC wavelength the Sansi was emitting. NOTHING!!! I've been using this and its nothing but a storage box! It does not sanitize anything! I did put the card in direct sunlight as this was one of the tests the Quantadose did and it passed. Ultraviolet showed on the card across the top as well as UV in the center circle. Please check your sanitizers. Don't assume they're doing the job.

Small - which is nice, I can keep close by my nightstand for convenience to my CPAP machine! Able to easily disconnect my hoses and nose piece add to the machine and start it within 15 seconds and walk off. It’s ready for me to use that night!Have to add the other larger half of the hose separately (trying not to crowd the box too much) to allow to proper disinfection.But it’s super easy and recommended!!

Too small for all of my cpap supplies for sanitizing in one session. I returned this.
