Love this retractable cabled lanyard. This design is better than the design similar to this one that utilizes a version of the C-Ring clip that the lanyard pivots off of the bottom of the C-Ring clip; which eventually broke at the pivot location and the. The cable eventually broke at the base of the pivot location. I did get a good use out of it. But this version is worth money, better design, sturdy reliable belt buckle clip, smooth gloss when retracting.

I bought 5 for my housekeeping team. They are very durable, good materials, just as described in. If I could give it more stars i would. Great price highly recommend if your on the go at work and need to use card frequently. It can take a beating for sure and still looks new and the lady's love them. Cool thing is it also has a ring key on it also. It protects your card or badge. And the thickness of material. Love it

May or may not work with badge scanners.
This is a very sturdy badge holder, and does hold 4 cards easily. It is a little on the heavy side, and the retract coil is VERY strong. However, the front (clear) plastic is quite thick (~2.5mm) and I had about 20% success scanning my badge at work with no other cards in the badge holder, so for my purposes I took off 2 stars for that. I am keeping it though for the retract coil. It's also a bit pricier than other badge holders, but if scanning isn't a major concern then this is an excellent holder.
