Beneficial tea for maintaining uric acid levels
While the taste may not be to everyone’s liking, this unusually decaffeinated black tea does seem to assist with uric acid levels. It’s not a cure for gout and it is beneficial in helping to reduce the number of gout episodes I’ve had in the last few months. To assist with the somewhat bitter taste, I combine drinking the tea with a second tea bag of ginger tea
