Super Mario Maker Console Deluxe Set - Nintendo Wii U (Renewed)

Let me get started with the smell, it reeks out of what I suppose is a factory/warehouse smell?? The moment you open the box it’ll stink up your surrounding area and it’s well attached to the console, controller and cables. The original packaging box is missing entirely so the console and gamepad are rubber band together. The cables are all there in baggies. The Super Mario Maker gamebox is severely beat up and the disc showed heavy signs of scratches, smudges and overall poor care. The 8-bit Mario amiibo is also entirely missing!I could somewhat get past all this if I could actually engage with the console. I turned on the console and the sync button in the console would not trigger the shapes you need to input in the gamepad as part of the initial onboarding. I pressed, pressed and wiggled, pressed and held and blitz pressed and nothing at all worked. So in the end, I could not play the console at all! This was a tremendous waste of time and all it did was stink up my apartment. I’m returning and warning others of my experience, which will likely be your own.

Don’t know why we are paying more when the package was incomplete.

The package did not include the idea book nor the amiibo figure as promised in the description.
