Good value case
I'm a home player and wanted something decent for my new Sire V5 bass, but I dislike gig bags and didn't want to spend a fortune. This case fits the bill perfectly, good quality at a reasonable price. If you're musician who travels internationally then this case won't suffice, but but for local gigs, school, college etc. this will be fine.Decent catches, handle and hinges, with metal bumpers underneath and on the hinged side. I would have like them on the short bottom end too as I stand the case on its end pretty often, but not worth docking a star for. Lockable but not tested.Nice black plush interior with padding where it's needed. This case fits a Sire V5 (Jazz style) to perfection.Easy to recommend!

Good Product
Cannot fault this product, it is heavy and strongly built and it feels like my guitar is being well protected. It is large enough to cater for most Dreadnoughts as well as the body of the guitar has plenty room without sliding around inside. It has a small compartment for holding little things like your guitar tuner or spare strings under the neck which is handy and has enough room for my music material to fit underneath the body of the guitar when the case is closed.I mainly travel with it in my car so it maybe a bit heavy for even small journeys unless you have your own transport.I also like the fact that it has metal studs on the bottom so that it can sit upright on its own which makes it easier to store in any type of room without having to lie it down or lean it against something heavy.Looks good as well in case anyone is interested.

Great Case and value for money too!!!!
I own a turn of the 20th century parlour guitar which I rebuilt a few years ago. Beautiful but small body with lovely tone. I needed a solid case for travel this year. (I have a case already which is fine but big.)I measured and re-measured the guitar to compare with the measurements shown for the case and ordered it. It arrived and to my surprise it fit perfectly! I was very pleased. VERY PLEASED!The quality of the build and fittings (hinges, latches, lock and handle) are all first rate. The inner lining and padding fit around the guitar snugly but are not tight. The total package is Excellent Quality...and superb value for money. It feels solid and I feel will protect the guitar very well.Let's hope the airlines don't test it to hard. I've had excellent good baggage experience so let's hope it continues. Thanks Gator, thanks Amazon.

Second Time Lucky - A Case that Fits 0 Size Parlour Guitar
I don't know what's going on with Amazon packaging these days - this is the second consecutive order i've received that has been damaged in transit - it seems to have gone from rain forest damaging wasteful use of paper overkill i.e. a tiny product in a box, in a bigger box, to flimsy polythene bags.Ironic that a hard case designed to protect an instrument should arrive with a hole in the side (see photo). So it's second time lucky and hence this review. Despite the transit mishap, which says more about the courier that Amazon uses these days than the sturdiness of the Gator case, it is well made with a padded plush lining and set of keys (also "Life Time" Guarantee).I bought the hard case so i could tale a small guitar with me on holiday, to add to my enjoyment and relaxation instead of miss playing my guitar(s)!Most questions concerning this 3/4 case seem to be about what it fits. I found it recommend on an American parlour guitar forum website and researched it's internal dimensions in comparison to my Tanglewood Parlour Guitar, which has typical 0 size instrument dimensions. But i would advise anyone considering this case for their parlour to measure: upper, mid and lower bout dimensions as well as overall length and instrument width. The curves of the case don't follow those of my parlour exactly (see photos), nevertheless the case fits the guitar and there is nothing "fouling" - the fluffy lining accommodates the pick up end jack socket. There's even a small compartment for picks, tuners, strings or case keys.Hope this review helps fellow parlour guitarist who want to protect their "baby" and may be take it on holiday with them!

Very nice case. Not light, though!
If you value protection over portability, this is the case for you. Check dimensions carefully - I did, and it fits the 3/4 size Spanish guitar I bought it for very snugly. The lining is lovely, there's a handy compartment for tuners, spare strings, picks etc, and the case is sturdy enough to survive children. It is not, however, exactly light. I mean it's light for what it is, but it's not casually-sling-it-accross-your-back light, nor does it have a shoulder strap, nor is the handle particularly comfortable. But it will protect your instrument very well.

Terrible Customer Service
The case arrived and was nice enough so no complaints there. However, my guitar didn't allow the lid to close so I'm having to send it back and that's the problem as it's collection by the courier only and they haven't given a date or a time slot, they've just said it'll be collected within 3 working days of the date I informed them I was returning the product. An adult has to be there at collection so that has to be organised but can't be it I don't know when they're coming to get it. Not only that but they're seems to be no way to contact the seller. So I would suggest you think twice before ordering anything from this seller.

Good strong and well made case and hardware for price.
Really good well made case for the £75 price. Sturdy and strong and good latches. VERY tight fit for 1994 Epiphone Bluesmaster - involving a small alteration made to to the shell to accommodate end pin. Stated dimensions are exact so don't assume there is any give. But all in all happy with this purchase and value.

An affordable solid case
Bought for a vintage small Martin....it nearly fits! Body shape - length, width - is spot on, but it's made for a shallower instrument, as most parlour guitars are. I wanted it for a tenor guitar and the Martin is particularly deep. Nonetheless, decently solid at a very reasonable price and it does the job...just.
