Fantastic Quality!! A Must have for any SERIOUS fan of Skyrim
Just received these books today and I am vary impressed and pleased with them. The quality of this book (as with the other two in the series) is really first class and holding them in my hands feels good, almost comforting. The hard-backed covers are thick, well presented with the Skyrim logo embossed on the front, as is the title below that. Inside the front and back covers you'll find a map of Skyrim. The pages themselves are of high quality and thick leaving no bleeding of text through the other side of the page. The text itself is clear, sharp and easy to read. The bonus of these books is that there are many high-quality hand drawings and illustrations within on almost every page. So, what exactly does this book contain? Well, you know those books you often find in the Skyrim game? Well, this three-book series contains every single one of those books, and rather than reading them on your computer/TV screen, you can read them here. Some of you might want to only delve into these books when you find a book in the game, whilst others might want to sit down and read these books from cover to cover. Both ways have their merits. I believe that some of these books are also found in the Morrowind and Oblivion games. This volume is entitled: Volume (III): THE ARCANEThe other two volumes are:Volume (I): THE HISTORIESVolume (II): MER, MAN AND BEASTAre you a serious fan of Skyrim? Like the previous ones
Like the previous ones, 5 stars for the quality of the book. A couple of misprints but nothing serious. A big part of the book is taken by Oblivion:2920, The Last Year of the First Era series which is a nice one. A bit confusing at first but keep reading. The first stories concern religion and tens of gods worshiped in Tamriel and I found that bit to be very forgettable. Still worth having on the shelf.
