Strong but stiff
My chewy dog had eaten one USB lead too many, so I got this armored cable....which he hasn't managed to eat yet...but it is very stiff and awkward to use....maybe you can't have one without the other

Durable, but far too stiff for most use cases
Before purchasing, make sure your planned use case wouldn't require a flexible cable, it is very irritating charging a phone with such a stiff cable - or at least I find it irritating.

Waste of money, doesnt charge continously
The connection doesn't stay in place to actually charge, even when lying on a flat surface with 6 inches of straight cable it starts to charge then within one second it is no longer charging yet it''s still connected firmly and I had to manoeuvre it about a fair bit for it to start charging again. I used it for 2 days but it is going back once the xmas holidays are over. I wanted this to replace my white charging cables which my cat loves to chew (she likes thin, white ones) but this is not worth £15, it is also only 1 metre long. I'm going to buy another 6ft Anker fabric cable instead for £7.

Not what I expected, for sure.
Well my first impressions for this cable was boy it is a titan. It is very very sturdy and could probably be used to tow a car. However, I am sad to say that it didn't even last me one day there was a breakage in the wire which I thought was a manufacturing defect and Fuse Chicken kindly sent me a new one which came in about 2 days. I was really pleased with the service and cable till now. The second cable the one that came as a replacement does not even charge my phone anymore. Yes it could be my phone, the plug the wall socket but it doesn't take a genius to diagnose the issue. I tried it on a different plug, a different phone and different socket with no luck. I shall say that my hard earned money has gone down the drain not 'the last cable I would ever need'. I would not recommend this cable.
