Perfectly satisfied.
I have had these for one week now. Just so everyone knows I am a rather fussy person with anything, so if it does not work exactly as it should I have no issues returning the product and saying that it was rubbish. I do not tolerate paying for rubbish particularly at the price charged for this item.Irritatingly enough, it seems the price has dropped significantly (almost £20) since I bought mine. So for the current price this item is brilliant. For interest sake I am using these with Playstation 3 and my Samsung Galaxy S3.Packaging & Quality. This was great and easy to open. The item looks and feels quality made and durable.Fit.These earphone fit perfectly and the rigid mould-able wire allows you to get them to sit just right. They also stay on no matter what you are doing, I am in mechanics and whether I am lifting, crouching, climbing leaning over my machines they stay on. I also tried jumping around with them on and head-banging just for fun and they stayed on perfectly. You can get them right into your ear canal or to sit just at the entrance if that is what you prefer, some people find that the inner ear fit can hurt after awhile, this does both. The design is unusual, the part with Creative written on it faces forward with the wire going up and around behind the ears. Once you get it it is most simple to put on and pull off. The rigid wire is also great as it will hold itself securely around your neck like rigid sunglasses if you need to take them off momentarily, so there is no fuss over having to pocket them or anything.Battery.The life is beyond the advertised time of 8 hours. They are lasting around 10 hours for me and I use them all day at work listening to music and so forth. My days are anything from 8 to 11 hours and then I still sometimes use them in the evenings with my Playstation.Pairing.They paired with my Samsung Galaxy S3 and my Playstation 3 first time and still do every time. Your devices should remember the headset and all it should take is for the headset to be ready for pairing. (This means holding the multifunction button down until the blue light flashes rapidly.Microphone.According to those whom I have phones they say that the call quality is better than if I had my phone up to my mouth and spoke directly into it. The noise cancelling properties of the mic are excellent. If you receive a call then answering it is as simple as pressing the multifunction button on the headset (The button with the phone picture on it.)Looks.This I guess is always a question of taste for which there is no standard really. I find them to be kinda funky, but I can understand why some would find them chunky. They are not the most discreet but not massive either. They are however light and comfortable and very well designed.Design.I find these to be very well designed. The buttons are easy to press and well placed, the skip/reverse/play/pause track toggle is great and responsive. There is a slight delay between pressing play and pause to the sound actually playing or pausing.Sound.The sound quality is good but will require getting used to depending on what the quality of your previous set is like. All earphones seem to emphasise different ranges (My previous were skullcandy wired that emphasised treble ranges.) This item emphasise mid range to bass so you will have to play with your equalizer if you wish to balance this out or gain more clarity, I always recommend making use of the equaliser on your phone or ipod etc, even the pre-set sound maps like rock or jazz and so forth make a big difference to your listening experience. The volume also goes up to decent earache levels if you are into that.It is important to note that it controls volume independently of your device, so if you pair it to a phone or Ipod then place that devices volume on full and adjust accordingly with the headset. These do not entirely isolate outside noise so you can remain aware of what is going on around you which is what one wants in such a thing, if you are jogging or working and so forth it is much safer. Personally in my work it is great as I remain aware of sounds around me for safety sake but it also muffles the very loud noises of grinders, disk cutters, drills and punchers and so forth which leave you half deaf after a while.Response time. This device is unlike many other blue tooth device in that there is no lag (That I can identify at least) between the video and the sound, I:e in most cases what you hear is lagging behind the video so the lip sync when people are talking would be out and if there is say and explosion you will see the explosion but only hear it a few fractions of a second after. There is none of that with this device, everything is in perfect sync.Note.It has come to my attention that this headset can only be as good as the device it pairs up with and the quality of what you are trying to listen to or watch. I am of the habit of getting only the best even if it means saving for a few months and going without other things which is why this device for me, at least performance wise, can not be faulted. Not all bluetooth enabled techs are equal and so forth, and some just are nto compatible even if you have the best.Note also anyone pairing them with Playstation, the sound effects and so forth will not play through these, only the voice conversation you are having with other players, if there is a way around this I do not know yet. If you know then please tell me. I suspect that this is playstations fault or setting fault on my part.Overall. Creative labs, a good name particularly in Desktop P.C. sound systems, has made yet another decent product.

A good buy
I don't understand some reviewers. I bought these two weeks ago to replace a pair of plantronics which were functionally useless and they've been a brilliant buy. Some reviewers thought that these were uncomfortable or loose etc. Not at all - they're perfectly comfortable. I can only assume that some users havent been wearing them right. Takes a minute to get used to how to put them on: There are two largish earpieces each with a rubberised in-ear bud connected by a stiff springy hose. Take them off and the hose curls up into a neat coil. Uncoil, place buds in ear and ensure the hose loops over the ear and round the back of the head. Though flexible, the hose can be bent somewhat for improved fit.The sound goes right in the ear and is pretty thumping. I'm no audiophile (don't think an audiophile would go for bluetooth anyway) but it's pretty good for me. I threw away a new pair of plantronics as they were inaudible but these are 10 times as loud and I can keep the volume turned down and still hear.Charging is convenient via a micro usb socket. I've not stressed the battery life yet but it's claimed to be six hours and I've had no probs on my one hour journey to work.Downsides - Need to keep the bluetooth source in reasonable sightline to the earpiece to avoid cut off - eg top pocket right side. All the controls are on the one side and the volume controls are a little tricky to locate. The jog dial is difficult to press without pressing the volume controls.Apart from that I think they're they're an excellent bit of kit and I'm glad I ignored some of the negative comments as they're just not valid.

Great sound, reliable connection, rubbish fit
I bought these over a year ago after extensive poring over customer and industry reviews of Bluetooth headphones. I wanted something which would be reliable and provide good sound quality, to use in various settings including at a desk, while cycling (at a very low volume, of course ;-) ! ) and at the gym.The headphones are definitely reliable and provide excellent sound quality - I can't tell the difference between these and my wired headphones. On this basis, I would 100% recommend the Creative Bluetooth headphone set.My gripe, however, is one major problem for me. Despite the 'mouldable' neck wire, I simply cannot get these to sit comfortably. On my pair, the left earphone sticks out no matter which way I twist and manipulate the wire, and of course this becomes a little irritating and sore after a while. Looking back, I should have returned these as faulty; I don't know if this fault is peculiar to my product or a design flaw. As a result, the headphones have been sitting in a box for the best part of the year. It's only after moving house that I've rediscovered them. So, can't fault the sound quality, or reliability of Bluetooth connection, but the basic headphone function of sitting in the ears seems to be beyond the WP-250.
